Best Western Vista Inn

Breakfast was great. I loved the mountain view from the cafe. Staff were really nice. Area was clean.

In getting to our room we noticed there were no tea bags so went down to the front desk and asked for some. There was a little sign by the microwave indicating tea was available so we knew it was not an unreasonable request. The clerk went into a back area and came back with two tea bags. Both my traveling companion and I drink tea so we asked for a few more. The clerk gave us a couple more but I could tell from her body language that she was annoyed.

The staff was friendly. The coffee shop was yummy. Made to order coffee, latte and smoothies. Gift shop has so much variety. Candies, goodies, baby items, baby swimwear, Knick knacks. So adorable. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. Not too fluffy and not too soft. Coffee was great on the rooms from Seattles Best. Room came with iron. Iron board. Hair dryer. Shampoo. Conditioner. Body wash. Lotion. Towels. Make up remover. Fridge. Microwave. TV. Desk. Oh and plenty of places to charge your devices. Outlets and usb outlets!! They were even capable of giving us our rooms next to each other. Breakfast was great. Eggs, green chili, biscuits and gravy, bacon and a cool hands free pancake maker with fresh syrup. Fresh juices. Coffee. Pastries. Fresh fruit. Toast. Muffins. String cheese. Yogurt. Milk. Our stay was near plenty of places to eat and shop Only 17 minutes from Mount Princeton Hot Springs!!

Although we could have requested the first floor, the Only downside if this stay was no elevator. We had to carry all of our belongings up and down the stairs. Since there was 7 of us and a baby carrier we definitely got out workout in!

Simply beyond our expectation!! The hotel looks normal outside like any other standard BW hotels. However, inside the hotel, looks quite new, the reception area is nice and cozy. The room looks newly renovated recently(?), very clean and big space. Equipped with fridge, microwave and a big glass bottle for water (eco friendly). Nice lighting and new furniture. A giant TV. Full body mirror (love it), nice space for hanging clothes. Soundproof is great . The bathroom is the best part that I love it, towel looks new and high quality, the toiletries are nice quality. Great lightning. The hotel has indoor SPA and swimming pool which is a great high light for this hotel, we enjoy the hot SPA after a long cold day in the mountain region. The breakfast is over our expectation, plenty choices, the best part is that hotel use non-plastic utensils. love it.

Clean, comfortable beds staff nice and friendly. Good location, just outside of the main strip, close enough to walk. Quiet area

Wished there were more food option, continental breakfast nice, but would nice to have a restaurant/ bar option .would be nice to have a place to go for snacks, gift shop not open very long when we were there it was only open a couple hours. Gift shop not in the lobby as the website showed. Maybe read facilities wrong, thought restraunts/lounge available in the hotel. Small town most places close early. Don't be hungry after 8 PM . Staff said due to covid, funny thing is no one was wearing a mask to include the staff

I told them ahead that this trip was my birthday trip. I had a very nice card and cupcakes waiting for me!! I also loved the free water bottle. It's now my go to. The breakfast bar was better than a lot I have seen from pricier hotels in bigger cities. I gotta say.. this should be the example of how all Best Westerns should be. I am a pretty loyal lady and have been going to best Western for 40 years and have been disappointed these last few years but this experience restored my faith!!

This property was close to town and Mt Princeton hot springs, newly renovated and had an excellent breakfast buffet. They had breakfast sandwiches and burritos that you could smother with Green Chili. We were definitely pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing against the hotel but all the restaurants close early in town (9pm) so be aware when you stay. Cate was super helpful at the front desk and gave us several restaurants that deliver so we were still able to get dinner after an evening at the springs.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast which included breakfast burritos with green chili in a crock pot (for smotherin'!). The pancake machine is also pretty neat, even for this 40-year-old. 😂 Nice pool and hot tub. Super convenient to historic main street with all the cute shops, cafes, and restaurants.

The beds were a bit too soft for my taste (I prefer a firmer mattress). The alarm clock glows a glaringly bright green. Not a huge deal, but I had to throw a shirt over it.

Nice and clean facilities. Looked like they recently (as of July 2022) updated a lousy cheaper hotel, but they did a fairly good job with it.

Some finishes may have been a bit cheap, but no need to be picky. The room and overall facilities were nice. Was scared because booking.com did a MAJOR screw up with another reservation (with Vacasa), but apparently this one was good.

At first I was disappointed that the setting was along side the highway, however, the staff, the pool and the breakfast were great. In fact, this was the best hotel on our 2 week trip around Colorado. It was quiet and the staff seem to enjoy working there and helping you enjoy your stay.

Pretty outdated and very high price. $300+ per night is ridiculous - especially for a place that is pretty basic and outdated. Pool/hot tub was pretty nice for how old it is. Everything in the area was priced pretty high for the weekend we were there. Staff was great -very pleasant, informative and professional.
