The Inn0

The room, location, ease of check-in / check-out were a 10 out of 10. It was very quiet in spite of being located directly above a restaurant and directly (and conveniently) on main street. The decor and comfort were far beyond my expectation. I would not hesitate to recommend this property.

The only very minor issues were the lack of dedicated work space and a waste basket in the room. There is a writing desk with a small chair but not a proper seat from which to take a meeting. Granted, that is not why most folks come to BV but it is why I came. Additionally, the rate was a bit high (~$1200 for 3 nights). It was a last minute booking so perhaps the rate was higher than normal. For ~$250/nt all-in, I'd book this place for a week without hesitation.

This was by far one of the cutest places I have stayed. It was perfect as a romantic getaway and the location could not have been better. The room and accents were adorable, the bed covers were remarkably soft, the pizza place next door was delicious, and it was super easy to check in/out and find the room given the small building size. I also loved the two doors for the entrance, making it even easier depending on where you parked. Additionally, the TV size and smart programs were great! It was nice to be able to watch more than what cable offers.

My only complaint would be that the shower pressure was pretty poor. Usually I do not shower when only staying a night but was thankful to after the hot springs. The bath towels were also a bit scratchy for my liking, but the bathroom overall was very cute. We also had some very loud guests around us, waking us up much earlier than desired. But it allowed us to get a quicker start to the day and enjoy the bakery down the street.

The location is amazing, the design and decor of the building from the front door all the way to the room including the room is AMAZING. Stunningly beautiful and thoughtful. I would love for them to completely redecorate my house. The room was MUCH bigger than I thought it would be and their attention to detail was really incredible. The communication with the hosts was awesome. They were so responsive and attentive and kind.

The ONLY thing that was not perfect (because everything else was perfect) was the amount of noise coming through the floor from the restaurant below. They shared that they just spent six figures on noise mitigation and that it's much better than it was. We brought a white noise machine and it helped with that for sure but just don't be surprised by faint music til 11ish or so depending on the season.

Your auto system that sends out texts did not reach me. I arrived at The Inn knowing the code to the front door, but not to our specific room. I believe this was a text that was to be sent later closer to check-in time. I had to scramble to find the number to the owner. There was no live person to respond to our circumstances. It was stressful for my 13 y/o daughter who was becoming increasingly anxious about our situation. An employee who worked in the restaurant below The Inn happened to have the owner's number. I left message and the owner called back 20 minutes later. He provided the door code to our room over the phone.

Beautiful location facing the mountains and in heart of Main Street, brick building - 2nd level nice and quiet. The room was gorgeous 2 queen beds and spacious bathroom. Self check in with code to outside entrance and to the room.

It was expensive but we split the bill among 3 of us that made it more affordable.

The Inn is on the second floor over a small cute market and the new restaurant Crave. Hours before check in we received a welcome text indicating where exactly The Inn’s entry door is located as well as where to where to park and when you are scheduled to check in. When you get to your check in time, they send you your room number and code for you to get into your room. - The check in style felt similar to an Air bnb. - There isn’t a lobby or reception area as it is truly an Inn style hotel but you can simply text for additional towels, toilet paper, to have your bed made etc during your stay. The staff is very responsive and nice! This place has the best location, right in the center of town near the bars, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend!!!

The room we stayed had Mountain View’s which was amazing. I do however wish they had half window (or quarter up from the bottom of the window) privacy sheers. It’s right next to a public parking lot and with the curtains open you feel a bit exposed so we had the curtains closed for most of the time. This Inn seems new so they may add some in. The restaurant Crave that The Inn sits over has live music sometimes but they’re working on getting acoustics under control. On one of the four nights we stayed, they had live music for a couple of hours which felt like I was playing moderate volume music in my room, but I didn’t mind. The artist was really good and I enjoyed the music. Again, The Inn is new and Crave was only open for a few weeks so they’re working on getting the kinks out.

We loved the location, the cleanliness and the absolute charm of The Inn and would happily stay again if ever in the area. I’d noticed a lot of other complaints on this site about noise but we didn’t hear anyone at all! The a/c a little noisy but that’s no big deal. 10/10

Nothing, it was amazing.

Great location with an amazing Italian restaurant right below the hotel.

The hotel is very nice. Only complaint would be how thin the walls are. You could hear complete conversation of guests in the next room…almost as if they were in the room with you. And price per night is too high.

The location was ideal. The furnishings were antique and fun. Fast WiFi. Loved the coffee maker and the view from the room.

It's probably just me but, I don't like bathroom doors that slide instead of opening. Also, it was pure luck that we ran into the manager on the way to our room and he showed us how to unlock and lock the room ~ we would have never figured it out by ourselves.

Very nicely appointed modern property on the second floor with dining and shops below. great style, furnishing we’re great, big shower!

Extremely noisy. We could hear our neighbors conversation word for word, could hear the tv next door until 2 in the morning, the insulating needs definite improvement, you can hear conversations on the sidewalk downstairs at 1 am. Fluffy, but very no -supportive pillows.
