Comfort Suites Castle Rock

Our stay was great, the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent and the room was clean. Debbie at the front desk when we checked in was very helpful throughout the stay.

The pool/hot tub could have been cleaner and would have loved it to stay open a little later. The fitness room would be awesome if they had a few weights or resistance bands.

Breakfast was great and a variety of options.

The pull out couch was quite bumpy and the cover had a stain on it. We did have to go get sheets and a blanket for it even though we had entered that we had 3 kids coming with us. We still greatly appreciated having the extra place to sleep for our third child. However it would have been exceptional if the pull out was ready for us!

Loved the rooms... Excellent location and having a microwave/fridge. Nice sized TV and lots of plugs and lights. Bathroom was great also.

I was placed in the middle of the hallway, basically next to the ice machine and the closet for housekeeping. To say it was loud and busy would be an understatement. Plus the room doors slam when they shut, so my room vibrated when someone would leave their room...

The staff was very friendly and informative about the area. The room was more comfortable than I expected. We weren't cramped by any means. Hot tub did us all a lot of good. Great location, not far from our tourist destinations.

Pool was a bit small but still a nice place to cool down after a long day.

The breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The kids loved making their own waffles. In addition, they had sausage and scrambled eggs. Many other options including yogurt fresh fruit and juice.

Parking was in short supply by the time we got there (after 11pm) several trailers required multiple spots.

All the staff was great with the exception of the day manager. It was very clean and located in an excellent area.

The fact that we had a long stay planned 7 days. We called ahead to check about the pool and such. We had a grandson with us and knew we would swim every evening. Was assured pool was open so we booked. When we arrived all was good then Tues, we'd and Thursday we were unable to swim until 8 pm because they open there facility for free swim lessons during prime evening swim time. Very unhappy because we did our research on the front end and chose them because of the pool. Not once we're we told of this. When we took this up with the manager she said sorry and pretty much it was everyones fault but her. She threw her workers staff everyone under the bus but her self. Definitely not great leader material.

Hotel staff & maids were very friendly & positive. They did everything they could to accommodate requests made in our reservations. We got the King room with sofa bed, as away from highway noise as possible, so it was pretty quiet. Especially with the window shut. Not too bad when window was open. The room/bed setup worked out perfectly for my boyfriend and myself to have the king & my daughter slept on the sofa bed. Rooms were clean & beds were quite comfortable! Both of them! It was a great little local getaway for valentine's & my boyfriend's birthday! And being right down the road from my daughter's school made it Super easy to take her there and allow just the 2 of us adults some time to ourselves! I'd stay here again! Still not open/unlimited access to the pool and hot tub (done by reservations for 45min time slots). So we didn't go. But that's really the only "negative". But still not that bad of a "negative"... I guess. At least the option is there for those interested! :P

It was a great hotel all the employees were awesome the owner is really nice and they really strive to take care of you awesome stay

The room was clean.

I was disappointed with the breakfast selection. I thought the continental breakfast would have been back by now. The front desk staff was in back and no one was available to greet people as they came in. It was not warm and inviting. There were doors slamming through about 2 in the morning making it very hard to rest.

Everything was seamless. We even had to cut the vacation short because our family we were going to Colorado to visit came down with the Covid the day before we got there. They did not give us any grief, they cut one day off the reservation and refunded the money. Thank You.
