Hyatt Place Denver-South/Park Meadows

Staff very helpful & friendly. With exception of a young lady at the front desk was annoyed when we asked her for assistance. No name or day provided as she knows she was snotty. Your staff can figure out who she is as I'm sure we weren't the only guests she appeared to be annoyed at. Morning breakfast lady very sweet and works hard, she deserves more money or a bonus. Cleaning crew exceptional service. All other staff encountered greeted us & was very happy & pleasant.

No washer and dryer facilities. But we knew this when we booked reservation. The property is well cared for & great staff.

Wonderful location - close to everything we wanted to do! And the mall next door was a wonderful mall. When some people wanted to relax in the room they could, and others could simply walk to the mall for something to do. The staff was friendly and helpful, even though they were incredibly short staffed. Those there bent over backwards to help.

We had a hard time even getting fresh washcloths even though we were there 5 days. I don't mind hanging towels - but we asked if housekeeping could just give us fresh washcloths and dump our garbage. We ended up having to get a couple extra garbage bags and setting the full ones in the hall and going to the desk to get washcloths. They were quite short-staffed, so we understood, but halfway through our stay it would have been great to just have the room refreshed when you are staying that long. Similar at breakfast. If you are down early, it is great! After the first hour it really starts dwindling and they don't have the staff to keep it refreshed.

The staff was outstanding. Don't remember her name, she seemed to be in charge, but a staff member and her pleasantness was outstanding and helpful after a long day of travel. The breakfast was hot and cold, as appropriate.

The fact that the entire entry was under construction, should have been listed on the website, it didn't affect the rooms, but it did affect the breakfast and check in/out area, as both of those are makeshift, The staff did the best with what they had to work with.

The room was comfortable and clean.

They were remodeling so construction was going on all over on the first floor. We went down to breakfast at 8am and all the hot food containers were empty. Due to construction there were only a limited amount of tables. We were traveling and didn’t have time to wait for a seat or for food to be brought out so we left.

There was easy access to many restaurants nearby. It was easy to check in and out, and to get to our room. The pool is nice, although very chlorinated. The breakfast was plentiful and sufficient to fill our bellies. The proximity to Fiddler's Green is about 3 mi so that helped when returning from a concert. The room had two double beds and a pull out sofa. I can tell it is set up for business partners or colleagues to share the room together based upon the layout. It was great for our family of four though. There were plenty of towels but we had to ask for additional pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch. It was a very nice room.

There really wasn't anything out of place or inappropriate about our stay.

The location was great, close to where I was working and good surrounding amenities and access.

Would have been nice to know it was under construction. Parking was pretty bad, very few spots and super narrow so everyone was double parked. Rooms were also very noisy, could hear neighbors entire conversation at 1 am after driving all day and getting in late. Had to out a pillow by adjoining door to muffle sound.

It had a newly remodeled room, clean and close to shops and I-25.

They are under construction and the breakfast room is crowded with the reservations desk. One sweet lady fixing all the guests breakfast, running her tail off, trying to bring food while guests hovered over her like vultures! One more thing, women will not like the lighting in the rooms to put on their makeup. Lights are just to dark!

The staff was phenomenal! So helpful and kind. The manager was helping with breakfast, assisting with clean up and helped a woman on crutches get her coffee. Very impressed with him!

They were under construction which was not really an issue but it was a little loud the second day we were there. It didn’t wake us up or anything, but it was slightly annoying. No fault of the hotel’s and they apologized several times for any inconvenience it caused.

Staff accommodated ground floor due to high risk son .front desk staff exceptional layout of rooms with 3 beds to accommodate a male and female teen outstanding.luved fhe wash and shampoo conditioners jn the shower easy access great freshing smell compared to sm bath soaps not enough for 3 people or 4 .towels for each member appreciated. Breakfast was best I ever had in any hotel stay .food service after long travel for dinner that you can order from your room and pick up at the front desk outstanding .Def prefer th we Hyatt go anywhere else

Nice place to stay. Staff were great.

We were on the 6th floor. It was noisy with kids running around in room and hallway the next door guests showered a lot thru the sleeping hours and kids crying and the microwave going off several time. Also bathroom set up was very small.
