Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Denver Tech Center/ South

Room was nice and quiet and in good condition. the bed itself was decent.

I requested housekeeping every other night and received none. Pillows on the bed were not good. Went flat immediately. There was not a variety of pillow types like most hotels these days. I requested extra pillows one morning and never got them. Had to make staff go to an unoccupied room to get extra pillows that evening. Front desk staff not great. One person has very strong accent and couldn't understand what I was saying, having to repeat myself multiple time. The other staff person chatted with someone about his personal life for quite some time while I was waiting to as a question and was completely ignored. Waited almost 10 minutes before I got help.

The location was exactly what I needed. It was an easy place to get in and out of. The hotel was pretty clean and the staff were generally pretty nice. I appreciated the water stations being open and available.

The elevator wasn't working while I was there which was rather inconvenient. The breakfast was decent though fairly greasy and the same each day.

Breakfast was very good. Staff there is very friendly. Have stayed here many times before.

On your website it said there was a king bed even though was queen room with two queen beds. Also couldn’t get credit from Marriott for nights stayed because I booked through a third party.g

Fairfield Inn & Suites staff is friendly, we especially love Tina! The rooms are comfortable and clean and breakfast was provided. It’s located around everything you need. The mall is less than 10 minutes away. There are many restaurants nearby.

It was disappointing that we couldn’t extend our stay at the front desk because we used third party to make reservations. Also, the property doesn’t offer late check-out.

I really liked the location. Proximity to shops, restaurants, and highways was a big plus. Wonderful staff made my whole family feel comfortable and very welcome. Room decore was pleasant, beds were comfortable, and bathroom functional. We stayed for seven days and every night was quiet, just ideal for sleeping.

I would like if the pool water was a bit warmer.

Accessibility from the Interstate is nice. The facility is nice, modern, and CLEAN! Good value for the money.

The breakfast choices were a bit "basic". The warmed-up, pre-packaged sandwiches are the same thing I can get at a gas station. (Though I appreciate at least having that to eliminate having to make yet another stop on my travels for the morning.) I didn't expect the small ice machine in the breakfast room. I searched a while before finding it. Some signs around the hallways would be appreciated.

I never had breakfast because in the description when I booked, it said my room did not have that included, so I brought my own, It did look like it was good!

My mattress clearly was slept in by a big person, because there was a body indent. I was very uncomfortable the first night and did not sleep much. I moved to the other side of the bed the second 2 nights, and that was great. I would suggest putting a new mattress on that bed!

It was warm during cold times. Breakfast was good. Rooms were a good size. Good location to food in the area. Beds were cosy. A very nice quiet hotel to stay in.

Overall very nice. Simple but super clean and efficient.

Bathroom lighting is poor (very yellow). Not good for putting on makeup.
