Holiday Inn Colorado Springs - Airport, an IHG Hotel

We got in especially late: 2am. The manager was covering the front desk and was friendly and accomodating.

Not this visit, but a previous visit: we arrived at a normal daytime to check in. The room was booked via Booking.com, and when we arrived, we were told that the room was not available - that there was an error made by Booking.com, and that there was nothing that could be done, and no other rooms available. Went across the lot to the Express, and they were very accommodating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful.

The shuttle is only available during the week which leaves folks to figure out an alternative way to get to and from the airport. We spent $40 to get back to the airport on Sunday. It is false advertising to say there is a shuttle if it is only available part of the time. The restaurant was hugely understaffed and did not have all menu items which was disappointing.

The beds were GREAT! The TV allowed us to hook up our Nintendo Switch! The water in the bath was really nice!

There was NO FAN in the bathroom. The shower rod was coming off of the wall, thus the floor got all wet from the shower curtain not staying in place. The hotel said there was breakfast provided, so I assumed it was a continental breakfast, turns out it was a voucher for breakfast at the restaurant and it was only good for the absolute basic of breakfasts. once we got to the restaurant for our basic breakfast, we ordered some drinks and the bartender obviously had no clue what we were talking about (Mimosas) Also, she didn't seem to know what a Screwdriver was (Vodka/OJ)

Very friendly staff, facilities are very clean, swimming pool and hot tub open, our room was perfect, clean, comfortable beds, stocked with what we needed, fridge and microwave in room, and property was super quiet our whole stay.

Breakfast wasn't included in our plan. Food places near by were accommodating and not to far.

Everyone was friendly. Very clean. Very comfortable. Fabulous view.

You advertise shuttle services. The shuttle is the main reason I choose this hotel. The shuttle wasn’t running due to no one scheduled to drive. I had to Uber. You really should not advertise an important service if you can’t honor it.

Nice quiet hotel. Staff helped me with every request, including an extra-quiet room for our family with young kids. Rooms are updated and beds are comfy. Reading lights were a big hit with the kids.

The restaurant is pretty good for breakfast, but less convenient than a buffet would be. Hint: you can call your order in ahead of time.

The hotel was very quiet, which I liked. It was very clean.

There is nothing close by to walk to. The costs of snacks that the hotel sells are very expensive.

The front desk staff was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating! Convenient location! I had a 5:30 AM flight. It was perfect!

I just wish that the restaurant had open but was closed that evening I believe for an event. no biggie!

Very clean! COVID precautions were followed. Ridiculously comfortable bed. Airport nearby. The night receptionist was very helpful (despite tech errors with Booking.com), the deadbolt on my first assigned room was broken (door wouldn't/couldn't close) so she reassigned me quickly to another room nearby.

On a busy ("fully booked") Friday night, I suggest either scheduling an additional staff member on duty for reception or giving the singular staff member a hefty raise. Also, if there is a consistent error between this hotel and Booking.com online systems (re: in/correct dates, etc.) then I suggest reaching out directly to each other to fix that error, or at least make a note in the hotel system to make sure that I won't be incorrectly charged as a "cancellation/no-show."

Front desk employees are very friendly and helpful. I loved the touch mirror in the bathroom and the reading lights beside the bed. I wish they were at all Holiday Inns.

It was all great. Nothing I didn't like.
