Travelodge by Wyndham Colorado Springs Airport/Peterson AFB

Excellent for the price. Clean! Staff was always willing and available to help. (I needed to extend twice, and also needed help carrying stuff.) Breakfast was better than most, with a very nice gentleman keeping everything stocked. Amenities were great considering the price of the room. Rates are affordable, and location was perfect. ***(One correction to review info-- I stayed 5 nights, not 1)

Room key needed to constantly be re-keyed (staff said the machine is old).

Close access to main streets. Value was good, as we wanted something more budget since we weren't staying in room very much, and missed breakfast due to early departure. Room was spacious, bed was nice.

Towels are the smaller kind but that was OK in light of it being quite a bit less in price. Also, there is a blower for the air conditioner that goes on and off all night, so we just turned it off so it was a bit warm.

As a family, we are very particular with cleanliness and comfort and this place met our standard. They also have enough space whete we can place our things and enough sockets where we can charge our phones and gadgets. We didn’t get the chance to have breakfast since we need to check out the next day early.

They just forgot to check the fridge while cleaning the room because there’s 2 bottles of sodas left and please provide bigger trash bins. The ones we had were too small.

I found a small spot on my side of the bed that definitely appeared to be blood in our double queen room. We asked them if we could change the sheets, but They ended up upgrading us to a king suite because for some reason they couldn't just change the sheets, and all the double queen rooms were booked! They did a great job with customer service! Room was older but clean and quiet! Staff was all very friendly!

No ac in the bed room of the suite. However it was cool enough to open the window and be comfortable. The hotel was a bit out of the way for what we were doing, my fault for not making sure how long 13 miles would take time wise!

I liked that it had a full kitchen. It was like a one bedroom apartment for the night.

It needs a thorough cleaning. U can tell that it wasn't properly cleaned for a while. The TV was impossible to watch because the remotes didn't work, for either the one in the living room or the bedroom.

I needed to jump on a conference call an hour before check in. the desk clerk set me up in the business center. it made all the difference for the call. the clerk went above and beyond- please pass my thanks along to him and I hope you will recognize him for his to notch customer service!

Facilities a bit dated but we’re well maintained

Ease of staff working with my disability. Need options of elevator locations and accessable rooms for disabled. I always have to stop and call the place to describe my needs to see if they can accommodate. So far, so hood. But those two items need to be on the list of choices wanted. Thank you. Long time customer back to traveling

The telephone did not work and there was no iron in the room

Deborah at the front desk was amazing and very helpful.

I accidentally left a phone charger in the room, went to the desk to see if housekeeping had turned it in and no one did, so someone got a nice, braided 9' charger and fast charge block.

For people having a disability and having to climb the stairs is not good plus when reserving a room and when when you call to make sure a room is reserved on the bottom floor all staff needs to be aware of it and make sure that room is reserved no matter what
