Holiday Inn Express & Suites Colorado Springs-Airport, an IHG Hotel

The room was spacious with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed reclining on the chaise lounge (?) in the evening.

Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, but one of the desk attendants got kind of snippy with us about discarding our recyclables. (The hotel does not recycle. )

The breakfast was the best we have ever had in our travels. The attendant was so helpful and sweet. The food was excellent and hot, and what a selection.! Will definitely stay there again when in Colorado! The view was outstanding!

The maid service was exceptional. They checked on us and if we needed anything. They were friendly and professional. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. This experience made my family feel like celebrities. Keep hiring staff who care. Thank you!!

Don't try to make this company better, because you can't. Do not fix something that isn't broken!!!

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The property was updated and clean.

The location is less than ideal, it sits in the middle of a very sketchy neighborhood. Also, someone on our floor was smoking marijuana and the smell overtook the entire floor. This isn’t the fault of the hotel staff but it was awful. We did let staff know since the establishment is non smoking…not sure what happened.

Rooms and building were beautiful and new. Decor was fresh, clean , welcoming and warm.. bathrooms were lighted well , awesome shower head and temperature perfect. Quiet too.Excellent breakfast. Excellent pleasant staff. Woman at front desk went out if her way to help us with an airline issue. So nice and friendly! So happy with our hotel choice.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The location was perfect for the purpose of our trip. The hotel was clean and very modern. The young man who prepared and served breakfast was amazing he gave us hot water and was always smiling and nice!!! The price was good.

Ice machines on every floor and vending machines would be nice.

The safe didn't work and there was nothing to eat close by. In addition I didn't like that there was no shuttle to the mall our some of the local attractions like the seven falls even though the booking said they did, and no taxi to take.

Very nice property in a good location. pressure of the shower water was amazing. The special chairs for guests with disabilities at the pool was very thoughtful.

love everything just one thing to add will be a upon request humidifiers.

The bed was very comfortable! I slept like a baby. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was great as well.

I wish the pool and hottub was open later. The lights kept flickering.
