Hyatt Place Keystone

Rooms are very spacious. 5 Minutes walk to the Lift. breakfast was surprisingly good! Complimentary valet if the parking lot is full.

Ski Storage could be better. You have to ask for the locker key. No space for ski boots in the storage. We didn’t get room service after the first night. so we asked for room service and we were told that room service is just based on request. so we ordered it for the next day. Surprisingly the room service came also for all other days. The removed the soap without restocking them again, a bit strange.

Location and view were beautiful! Loved eating breakfast outside on the lovely terrace looking out at the mountains! Our "mountain view" room had the same gorgeous view! All staff members I dealt with - front desk, housekeeping I met in the hallway- were very friendly and helpful! We had 2 dogs with us, and the hotel was very convenient to walking trails out the back door with poop bags and trash container right there. Thank you!

I came back to the hotel room anticipating having a ceasar salad for late dinner, which I had seen earlier on the menu for The Placery. They informed me they didn't have any, they get salads delivered and the daily delivery hadn't come in. I get it, these things happen, esp in the time of COVID. Just disappointing. My daughter ordered buffalo wings--they were OK, but no ranch, bleu cheese or any kind of dipping sauce. Very limited.

The room is very light and bright; however it is a bit short of storage for a longer stay. All staff were very nice some a bit inexperienced but very helpful. We had to make a change to our booking which was accomplished very amicably. Easy walk to Peru lift. Good breakfast.

They do have parking which alot of resorts do not. No charge. But when the hotel is full there are not enough spots and you have to valet park which takes alot of time. Food shortages caused the restaurant to be closed. Nearby restaurants are very good.

We are on a three month road trip across the US and have stayed in a lot of hotels. This hotel in Keystone had the nicest, most helpful staff of all the hotels we have stayed in. And that is against some pretty stiff competition. Overall, an excellent experience.

Breakfast was great, plenty of hot and cold options. Lots of seating with nice views. Walking path next to hotel with access to pond area. Free valet service. Not a lot of free parking. Lots of cars when hotel is busy. Bus to Dillion, not very frequent.

AC didn’t work at first - but Riley got it working fast. Room and bathroom were a little cramped.

The hotel is a walking distance to the mountain and the shuttles. It's clean and the staff is super nice. The mountain view from the hotel is gorgeous. Breakfast was surprisingly well organized with all the covid restrictions: we placed breakfast orders the night before and then picked up our prepackaged food the next morning at the time we scheduled. I would definitely stay here again.

No complaints about the hotel! One note: there aren't a whole lot of dinner options around the hotel if you don't have a car. It's not a big deal and we learned to grab stuff to go on our way back when we got off the mountain if we wanted something different.

Breakfast was typical hotel buffet breakfast. Average food Our room was Mountain View which looks over creek and mountains towards the ski slope. Large patio off lobby also on mountain side.

Need better bar food, snacks. Wanted a light meal day of arrival but choices were only 8” cheese pizza, wings, or fries.

the rooms and location are both excellent.

unfortunately the things I don’t like about this property are things that can’t really be fixed. 1) a building this size needs more than two small elevators. 2) a property this size needs far more parking on site.

Part of our family stayed at a condo in River Run while we stayed at the Hotel. We had great food at Kickapoo Tavern with friendly employees, and the employees at Rockin' R Ranch were very helpful with shipping items back home for us.

I don't have anything negative to stay! Our trip was amazing!
