This non-smoking room had cigarette burns in the comforter of one of the beds. The bathroom was cramped and the tub was at a level higher than the bathroom floor, making it dangerous getting out of the tub with no hand-rails.

Small bathroom. Floors were warped and gapping. Rooms could use some updating. Denver and Colorado Springs hotels offering hot breakfast. I'm not sure why this hotel is sticking to just bagels, fruit and pastries. It got boring real quick after three nights.

The only thing I have to say is the tile around the pool is horrible and an accident waiting to happen. My kids slipped on it a couple times and i watched other kids fall too. And the pool was ice water which sucks cause thats what my kids were most excited about

Liked the breakfast. Only disappointment was there was no protein like boiled eggs. All bread and dairy and cereal.
I am used to heavy bed covers and the ones there were very light so I did not sleep well.

It had a pool and jacuzzi!! The lady at the counter was very nice and helpful.
The bath tub was slippery and water was leaking from the shower head. The refrigerator cabinet had a chip of wood out of the cabinet. Not very attractive for a customer.

I know COVID is an issue, but the breakfast was so minimal it was useless. A few bananas and apples and a wrapped Danish.
