Quality Inn & Suites Lakewood - Denver Southwest

Lots of clean nice pillows. Nice clean bathroom. Bedding was clean room seem to be nice and clean. Pleasant front staff small and quaint decent breakfast. Parking was really tight I had to park on the opposite side of the entrance and I was a solo woman alone disabled and it was kind of scary for me at night to be walking disabled with a limp in the snow. All the cars had parked so close to the other car since the parking spaces were so small I couldn't fit my Cadillac into any parking spaces so I had to pack up on the other side of the building because I guess they were full or something I don't know why the parking lot was so tight with cars. I thought the night staff was very pleasant same with the morning staff. Though there was not much selection for breakfast what they had at least filled your stomach and was there for the full time stated..

I didn't like that they charge my credit card $50 right away for incidentals that I never did before they even checked my room right when I checked in that wasn't stated on the booking.com site that should be stated if that's what they're going to do. And it's insulting to be accused of smoking or bringing a pet when you're supposed to announce that upon your stay and then get accused of it and charge $50 when you get there before you've even checked in. Not fair to those who are being honest. And I'm still waiting for my refund 24 hours later.

Staff was great, easy check-in, room was clean and comfortable and quiet. Liked having my own coffee since we are big coffee drinkers. Breakfast was really good but a little cold from sitting out for a while. Overall we were happy.

There were people hanging out around the hotel that made us uncomfortable. The stairs and hallways did not appear to be clean and were not vacuumed, although we arrived late and that might have just been the days traffic. The curtains hang over the heater and it was annoying watching them swell with air. I shoved a couple pillows up against them which did the trick. I couldn't open them because anyone going by could see right in. Coffee was a single serve in the lobby so people had to wait in line just to get a coffee. Breakfast is not kept warm.

Heather as a concierge stood out, she went way above and beyond to help everyone. The room was clean, everything worked and was as expected. Nothing exceptional. I did not experience the breakfast for I need to be at work at 7am, so I always missed it. They adapted well to the Covid requirements without reducing services.

My second stay, they had let Heather, much to my disappointment. Service became only functional. I would stay again. It is safe. I'm just not sure it's worth the prices they are charging.

The breakfast choices were very few- waffles, cold cereal, yogurt. Only 2% milk. I mean, it was okay, but some kind of protein, and half and half for the coffee would have been awesome.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Also, the microwave is a huge plus.

My biggest peeve is when they start "pushing you out" earlier than check out time. The maid literally opened our door and hour before normal check out hours. And we didn't check in until midnight!

I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Room was very comfortable and included fridge and microwave. The bed was great as well. Very clean and comfortable overall. The hotel is near two nice restaurants and a shopping area is a few miles south on the main road.

I had problems with the door handle working correctly and the desk employee showed me a way to open the door so it would let me into my room. He said he would have someone repair the handle but no one ever showed up.

This location was serving a hot breakfast. That was much appreciated. Room was large. Plug-ins on lamps were convenient. Nice sized desk. Had a drink cooler, snack rack and tourist info available.

Frig in room had no freezer compartment for my blue ice for my ice chest. Bed was too soft and dipped in the middle. Should be flipped over or replaced. Parking lot could be a little cleaner.

Just okay

Staff was pleasant and knowledgeable Rooms were clean, but the bathroom needed to be updated. Toilet seat is old and needs to be replaced and the drywall is in need of repair.

The staff was excellent, especially Heather! They took good care of me. I asked for a room on the top floor and they were able to give it to me. I traveled with my friend who sleeps much later than me so every morning they would microwave my breakfast for me so that I wouldn't wake her. They were friendly. The beds for comfortable. The rooms were clean. They had grab and go breakfast which was really nice since some hotels still don't offer anything.

Room was very clean, spacious, nice amenities (fridge, coffee maker TV) Building is well maintained. Breakfast has some nice options (scrambled eggs, breakfast sausage) Staff friendly and helpful.

One of the beds definitely needs a new mattress. It was sunk in the middle. Fortunately the room had 2 queen beds and the other bed was in good shape.
