great location and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The first room I was assigned smelled horrific. It was obvious that a dog had been an occupant and had defecated in the room and some of the furniture as uwas chewed up This is a dog friendly hotel but not everyone is dog friendly. Some people suffer from allergies to dog hair, etc so that should be taken into consideration when assigning rooms. Just as people request non-smoking rooms, they should be able to request rooms that have not had dogs as residents. The hotel did assign me a new room and made good on the situation but I pity the person who was stuck with the original room.

The room had a modern vibe with a seperate "ish" tv, couch and kitchen areas. The room was very clean and the bed was totally comfy with extra pillows. It's right in Belmar so there were lot's of restaurants, shopping, and groceries. It was a great place for our stay in the Denver area.

The was a lot of actual parking spots for the hotel. There's a mix of Target and hotel parking that we were sure what was what. It all worked out with no hassle. The parking was secure and very well light.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This room isn't cheap , but for what you get it is worth every penny. The building is secure and you need a key card to get in. The lobby has a bar , pool table ,computers and a small store.. The room was very spacious, sectional sofa, island to eat at, microwave/ stove / refrigerator/ dishwasher. Bed was extremely comfortable

If I had to complain about anything it would be trivial. All the light bulbs were 100 watt which gave my wife a headache due to migraines. The bathroom door was very squeaky and made a fair amount of noise. . The store in the lobby had everything we needed except except toothbrushes.

1st stay room 3rd floor, lovely, sleek furnishings, kitchenette, spacious living room area, bed comfort/linens was amazing! Great shower and bathroom space. Substantial complimentary breakfast service frequently replenished, from scrambled eggs, breakfast sandwiches, cold cereals, juices, coffee. Hotel location just great in BELMAR plaza, with coffee bars, movie theater, Whole Foods, Target, TEDs Montana Grill, all within strolling distance.

2nd stay 2 days later on 2nd floor a bit disappointing. Less space, no living room, fridge didn't work...and worst, street light shown through micro shade into my face all night long. No drapes to better block light. Had to prop pillow to block the glare. View of building vents and parking lot at this level. Bed still awesome, clean and great shower. Trash in hallways from weekend as this was a Sunday night stay was disappointing and surprising. Will request 3 floor or higher on future visits.

Never gor down to the breakfest or any of the amenities like pool or workout room. Played pool with my kid table felt was lil messed up but what do u expect. 1 table. I wasn't expecting anything fancy for the use it got. Was always being used. Location was nice to walk around and the shops in the area. Target right there was nice when needing things.

Did notice linen had some stains. And towels. Besides that nothing

Nice clean room and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again since it’s close to the event we were attending.

Parking was a bit of a challenge since they share with Target. The bed was a bit firm and woke up both days with a sore back.

The size of the room was perfect for us. It had a king size bed and a pull out sofa for the kids which they loved as it faced the tv. It had a full kitchen which we did not need but the dining table was great for playing games and coloring ect. it was close (15 min) from the museums we came to visit. The Bel Mar location is excellent for shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We will be back to visit as it is one of the nicest areas in Denver that I have been to. Free hot breakfast was a bonus.

The pool was closed for maintenance which was a disappointment as the kids wanted to swim.

someone called us the day before our reservation ended asking why our things were still in the room and that we were supposed to of been out by noon when our reservation was through the following day. it was fixed quickly, but it put quite a scare on us on our vacation.

Fabulous location for those who enjoy an all-inclusive venue (ie: restaurants, high end food and sundries, entertainment, coffee houses, shopping, all within walking distance. Hotel beautiful.

Sunday night stay was in room with street light glare not impeded by proper screening/drapery. Very annoying. Hall cleanliness poor after busy weekend...but price was the same for less desirable room.

the room was really nice and clean. close to everything we were wanting to be near. the staff was all nice and very helpful and informative

maybe the checkin was a little difficult only because the booking was put under my friends name not mine but they fixed it at front desk. the breakfast person was a little rude and harsh.
