Amazing location right in the middle of Vail Village. Being able to walk out the door and wander around was lovely. Had some parking available, but even the public garage wasn’t far. The breakfast was a nice touch with great Denver burritos. Clean, large rooms with shared balconies. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our creek view!

The only complaint is the noise. It’s an older hotel, with no AC, which means no fan or system to help muffle the noise. It was definitely tricky for a weekend with many stumbling in late. Unfortunately, I don’t see a fix other than possibly adding door curtains, similar to cruise ships. At least a layer of heavy fabric would dull the sound. Also good to note the shared balcony, as our neighbor walked out and came to look in our room. Caught us off guard but once we realized, we just kept the curtain closed and door locked.

hotel location was centrally located within Vail Village with parking beneath the hotel. the room over looked a bubbling creek. The lobby was undergoing an update so as to be ready for the ski season. I was notified both by phone and e-mail to keep me informed and offered the opportunity to cancel if I was not satisfied. The employees were super and went out of their way to make our stay special,

There was a farmer's market setting up as I was checking out. It would have been nice to be informed of this when registering so I could have extended my stay.

Large room with a nice balcony. Convenient free on site parking. Hot coffee all morning with a variety of caff/decaf. Good selection of breakfast items, fruit/burritos/sandwiches/cereal/waffles/juices/etc.

Walking the stairs got old, especially making trips to the underground garage level for access to Ice. When I arrived, I was issued two room keycards and left one in my room. Went out to get my luggage and somehow lost the second card, clumsy me. Had to ask the front desk for another keycard and the guy at the desk was rude about it, stating “I just gave you two!”. Even after explaining what I did he wasn’t happy having to crest another card. Other than this, the othet staff were great!

The location of hotel was excellent--right in the center of Vail Village. The view from hotel room of the creek and village was wonderful. We kept the balcony door to our 3rd floor room open through the night to hear the soothing sound of the creek. Room was lovely and each staff member was so pleasant, and helpful with any questions we had. Wish we could have stayed longer, and will be sure to stay again on a future trip to Vail!

The only improvement we could suggest would be to have AC. Although the temperatures in the area are generally very comfortable, it was in the upper 70's/low 80's when we were there and the room could have used a bit of coolness during the day. It was fine by nighttime.

Check-in fine, room classic and classy, breakfast pastry very good. Location a hundred yards from Lancelot and a block from Bridge Street can't be beat. Pool is beautiful with great views of village lights at night. We ended up getting along fine with the memory foam beds, even though we had never slept on one.

Parking is very limited but hotel is not too far from Village Parking structure. Building a bit warm and elevator pretty tight for luggage cart. Only hot breakfast on offer was burritos, not very amenable to everyone and certainly not Swiss village style.

Liked having warm options for breakfast. Lots of choices for a continental breakfast- muffins, croissants, burritos, sandwiches, cereal, etc

I liked everything about the property- The staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful. Loved our view from the balcony. Loved the location. Right in the heart of vail village but it was quiet- Only the sound of Gore Creek!

Great location in the Vail Village. We never took our vehicle out of the garage. Town shuttle was a block away. Plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping in the immediate area. Best kept secret for lodging in Vail!!!

Our room was on the southeast corner of the hotel overlooking the ski resort and the pool / hot tub. Great views off of the patio! However the neighboring restaurants would dispose of their trash into hidden dumpsters nearby.

The breakfast was a wonderful convenience and varied from day-to-day as to rolls, fruits and cereals. The room was clean and comfortable. The location can't be beat. The underground parking was super convenient and appreciated.

It would be nice to have the elevator extend to the garage level. The toilet is too low to be comfortable. Some sort of ventilation (fan) in the room and bathroom would be a huge plus. Our room had an odd protruding shelf above the TV which is a hazard. The room was not adequately stocked with tissues and lotion, but staff was accommodating when we asked for them.

Despite the hotel's lobby construction, they were very transparent about it in the booking process, our stay was still completely lovely. The location was ideal, the room was comfortable and cozy, and the hotel provided a perfect base from which to explore Vail. Looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent location. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area very nice and clean.

The lobby is awful. So depressing to walk into. My first impression was, oh dear, this is going to be awful. Needs new furnishings to be more comfortable and welcoming. The breakfast was ok, but the way it is set up is again depressing and unwelcoming. I would rather pay for breakfast than go to the depressing lobby for the depressing breakfast. The elevator is sketchy. It also smells. I tried to avoid it even though we were on the 3rd floor. We overlooked the pool and it was very noisy both nights, late into the night. We asked for a creekside room but were given poolside, which was fine, but way too noisy in the night.
