Exceptional customer service from Ronnie, Dione, entire front desk staff, and housekeeping ladies. !! Entire team is always professional, courteous, pleasant, and efficient. Working coast to coast at Amazon facilities, I praise Manchester Inn and Suites for providing immaculate accommodations and multiple amenities while ensuring a safe, pleasant, and stress-free stay. I would be remiss if I didn't emphasize what a difference there is in the cleanliness and freshness of room from other places I have stayed while travelling for business. Manchester Inn and Suites is above and beyond all other accommodations that I have stayed at in 5 states since the pandemic. They make sure you feel like you are HOME😀!

I stayed here for several months while on a travel assignment. It was nice to have a mini fridge and microwave in the room. They were just starting up their breakfast again when I left. Staff are always super nice. The beds are very comfortable and you can't beat the price. Location is great too. It's not the Ritz but I would stay again.

The keys! They randomly stop working and you have to go to the desk. There is no resolve to any problem you may have. ( there was no hot water for a day, I specifically booked the suite with whirlpool tub and paid extra only to find an "out of order" sign on the tub) Neither time was I offered any discount or refund in the case of the tub not working. Lights are weird and dim.

Housekeeping staff is the best of any establishment in the tri-state region! Rooms are impeccably clean and fresh smelling. Accommodations incude all necessary accommodations you have at home! I'm homeless with my kids sleeping on a car. This facility is my favorite when I have the money. It's so clean and makes us feel very comfortable compared to other motels. I'd rather come here than anywhere else. Wish I had enough money to stay weekly.

wouldn't.There was nothing to complain about. If I have to pick something it would be that the staff didn't care that we were homeless sleeping in a car with kids, and i asked them to hold a room so I can get my check and pay for it, they don't care n wouldnt. But money talks for everything so.

Entire staff goes above and beyond to make sure each guest has a pleasant and stress-free stay. Each team member is professional, courteous, and pleasant. Safety is a priority and welcomed.

This is a nice little hotel to stay at when you have to stick to a budget for traveling. I was initially concerned because the price was so low compared to other properties in the area, but I'm overall satisfied with my stay. The room was decently cleaned, the bed was comfortable and the area the hotel is located at is quiet for the most part. The hotel is undergoing renovations at the moment, but I didn't hear any noises during my stay. The breakfast is about what you would expect from a low budget hotel during the pandemic. They offer grab and go bags with a few goodies inside.

If you're expecting to stay at a hotel with different amenities like a pool, you might be disappointed. This place is great to just rest.
