Courtyard By Marriott Hartford Windsor Airport

The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept on. Even looking at buying that same bed for my house now. It was clean and quiet. The location was perfect. 15 mins to Hartford and 10 mins to the MA state line.

Coffee in rooom was pretty bad. Thankfully there was a Starbucks in the lobby. Also the couch in the living room definitely needs pillows for the couch. Very uncomfortable. We took our pillows from the bedroom so we had something to lean up on.

We loved the balcony! Our room was very clean, and the beds were SUPER comfy as I saw described in previous reviews. Hotel staff was friendly from check in to check out! Location was awesome, right off the highway and super easy to access. We stayed for a concert at the xfinity center and it was perfect distance after a long sold out concert!

the room was quite comfortable, not too large but just spacious enough. we had a great location where the room windows looked right over a tree with pretty blooming flowers. Its a small thing but something I take big notice about: the shampoo/conditioner/body wash in the refillable containers mounted in the shower is really great, I'm glad to see that and wish it was more wide-spread in hotels.

not very good sound-proofing in general. We were kept up at night from a baby crying in the room next to us and could hear others talking in another room. Plus, a fan or something in the bathroom would be nice. Water pressure and temp is great, it was just about too hot (my setting) and the room got very full of steam.

This hotel was in a quiet location. The outside area was clean and spacious with lots of parking. The front desk clerk Jeff was excellent. The other front desk clerk helped us and even looked up the address for the wedding location that we needed to attend for the wedding that we was running late for. She was also very friendly and made small talk to ease our mind as me and my husband were checked in at the same time for 2 different rooms.

I wished the location still had its pool, but Jeff let me know it was taken out a few months ago.

I did not have breakfast or use any of the facilities since this was during COVID. I liked that the shuttle service was available to and from the airport.

When I booked the hotel it advertised 71.00 per night. I stayed 4 nights and was charged only 71.00 for one night. The rest of the nights were $79.00. This was very misleading. I tried to use the computer in the lobby to print my boarding pass. The computer was slow. When I finally got to the site to print, the printer never printed. I had to leave and print my pass at the airport. Frustrating!

The staff was very helpful and friendly and invited me to a 25-year celebration of one of the staff. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

Only one elevator and the ice machine were far from our room.

I appreciated the friendly staff and our breakfast tasted good!

I love the room!I known for a fact that I did leave my neck pillow in the room. I called and employee CEe looked for pillow,but unfortunately it was not there;too bad it was a new pillow. So I have to purchase another one. Disappointed . Thank you!

The ease of accessibility to enter and the STARBUCKS!!! The interaction with the morning Bistro staff was excellent and she remembered my order the next day!!!

The front desk check-in was not a good experience at first, the woman was combative with my husband over an error of booking 2 rooms. She was fine with me but the initial contact could have been better but it ended well.

Staff are very friendly and answered all of our questions. Rooms are clean. Right off the highway and avoided all of the Hartford traffic (if you are traveling from North) An excellent alternative to staying in downtown Hartford.

Wonderful customer service from all the staff- especially Steven N. & Steven V. at the front desk and Barbara at the coffee bar! Super nice people. Room was ready early for me and I checked out late as well at no charge. Clean room and super comfortable memory foam bed. Will stay again. Mostly for the staff.
