Convenient location. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was a good value for the money paid, as well. Nice lobby area, obviously recently updated. Wifi was surprisingly good - much better than most hotels I've been at. Beds were comfortable, and the furnishings inside the room were all in good shape.

Some of the hotel is a bit worn (elevators, things like that). The hotel room was mostly clean, but there were some spots that weren't totally clean (bathroom was only so-so). It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't perfect. Food offerings were wildly expensive, even for a hotel.

Breakfast choices were limited but good.

Could not get the car out of of the parking garage. Machine or ticket did not work. There was NO security or person for assistance in the garage.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was prefect for our needs. The room was clean.

The parking garage was close to the hotel but we needed to go back to our car at night and walking out of the hotel around the corner was intimidating. T

Rooms were tight in the doorway, bathroom and sink area… yet tons of empty space near windows? for 3 people using bathroom, shower and sink it got tight and crowded

Very friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk throughout the stay. Lady at the cafeteria not so much (which was the only minus during the stay). Overall definitely a good place and worth recommending. Nice hotel if you want to have a proper quiet stay and rest.

Room was clean and decorated with clean, modern taste. Pillows were really fluffy and comfy. TV worked perfectly. Great location!

The bath has a few small stains on the wall–nothing major and the tub was slow to drain. No breakfast was offered (assuming due to COVID?). We didn't know until checking out that the hotel parking garage was not included in the room rate and even discounted were charged $15 for 1 night of parking in a virtually empty garage.

Parking is in a parking garage and had to pay extra for that like 17 so not a big deal but wasn't aware at time I booked

The desk staff was friendly and helpful in recommending a breakfast spot. Very clean, shower size was amazing, water pressure great.

I was disappointed at the limited selection of products available for purchase. And iif you are putting a coffee machine in the room, you should also supply things like creamer and sweeteners.

This hotel has a great location. Parking is very handy and easy to use. Rooms are large, very clean and comfortable.
