Days Inn by Wyndham Newark Wilmington

I like that I can sleep in peace and its quiet at this location at night. I like that they have breakfast in the morning. The staff is attentive to issues you have. They are more than willing to change your room if their is a problem, free of charge. I love the lock system on the door and the shower gets hot. There are plenty of places to eat in this location and it's close to the mall. Each room has a different look to it and different style of TV. All furniture is not stained or burned.

I don't like that breakfast only consists of dry oatmeal, muffins, coffee, and juice is only for the weekends. They need to offer more than this selection. Switch up the breakfast menu and offer juice everyday. Also clean out the juice machine because when I tried the apple juice, it had a bad after taste. The rooms are not thoroughly cleaned and I'm kind of OCD. The fridge is dirty and the microwave. Corners of the room has dirt build up; along with the dresser and the couch has stains. The shower is not properly cleaned and the blankets either have a stain or smoking burns.

There breakfast select was great lots of variety of items to choose from and coffee available and fresh 24 hours There staff was wonderful and kind Housekeeping service was great

To be honest there was nothing that we did not like about the location. I recommend it highly, price and location was wonderful

Staff was really friendly and the room was clean. We were positively surprised-for a motel it was really nice.

To call the little lunchbox with a muesli bar and a little fruitsalad and coffee to go breakfast is a bit much I would say.

My bed was good and the pillow was everything. My room was clean . The rags and towels cud be better tho stains on them.i had my own stuff.

It was kinda ghetto I was actually nervous getting out my car to go book a room.ppl had chairs sitting outside there rooms.i thought I was gonna get robbed. To much hanging around the lot..alot of noise like talking outside my room. I was scared to go get ice.

The room was neat and crisply clean. No smell of smoke inside the room, even though the corridor was dirty and someone was smoking on the balcony.

The external environment should be clean.

The beds and location. The room was very comfortable. The set up was nice and I was able to switch rooms and each time I called to the front desk they were amazing and helpful.

Neither room had hot water from the faucet. I had to move from the first room because it was leaking and the 2nd room had a broken toilet seat.

The rooms are nice and the location is good.

I could of sworn they listed as having breakfast, I assumed hot breakfast but was wrong.

Has everything you need fridge,microwave,iron,hair dryer,, fresh towels daily. Location is good for whatever you need. Definitely better than last stay at Red Roof Inn with no fridge or microwave.

Staff upon check in. Everyone wants a friendly smile when checking in. Hair on soap dish in shower meaning not cleaned properly. Check in through a teller window not a lobby( I know Covid excuses)

Last minute stop before heading home to Maryland was tired decided to stay overnite and the price was right

Needed more lights outside

My hotel room is very clean. All the devices worked, The staff is friendly and very helpful. It was a good rest, I recommend.
