The location was great for what we needed. The free breakfast was just okay but there was a Waffle House within walking distance. The bed was clean, not the best comfort but not the worst either.
Definitely needs more pillows, or just bring your own!

Everything was great and the stafff was awesome when I first got there the desk clerk was very pleasant she was friendly and she also offered several choices changed me from smoking room to a non-smoking room because I am not a smoker

Don't eat breakfast, so I can't speak about it. However, the coffee was very good. I spoke with a young lady who was assigned my floor for cleaning. She was very friendly and so polite. I liked the room, the furnishings are definitely different. The bed was so comfortable. I liked the facility very much.

Quality Inn is one of the nicer hotels in Chipley. There are no 4 star hotels but Quality Inn is clean and good. The rooms are nice, comfy beds and nicely decorated. During COVID, they offer a small sack breakfast that helps starve off hunger. It’s not like before COVID but at least they offer something. The staff are wonderful and very friendly. So kind!
I would like a full breakfast. I would also like a Microwave in my room. Since there is no breakfast or ability to heat a beverage a micro would be nice!

The room was clean, reasonably priced, check-in was fast, the staff and front desk lady, Debbie, was very friendly and super courteous. We ended up staying another night. My husband's Christmas present for me was a night off from the kids! Due to covid, we just booked a room in the city we live in and ended up turning it into a nice mini weekend vacation, which was much needed! And I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Great location right off of I-10.
I had a key that didn't work properly. Sometimes it took up to 10 or 12 swipes to open. I informed the manager, and was advised that it would be corrected. Other than that.... everything else was fine. The room was comfortable.

The water pressure was great in the shower. They have evaluator to go to second floor, that big help for me because of my needs. The staff was very friendly.
