April was amazing, She wrote us a list of different eateries she recommended and told us about things to do in the area. She's a real person, with no good reason to do more than her normal job duties but she went above and beyond what we expected. April is an asset to your organization; and this is coming from someone with a degree in Leadership: she has excellent skills. She's also very empathetic which is rare these days. Give that woman a promotion and a salary increase! Keep her! She's awesome

I struggled with that stupid shower curtain and found your shampoo/conditioner too small but the worked well

Loved the layout of the room. Had a pool on-site and hot breakfast choices (which has become a rarity in this plandemic). The front desk and house keeping staff were awesome and great/easy to talk to. The staff were probably the best part for me. Made me feel like I was back home. Air conditioner cold. Loved the king size bed and the pull out couch option with with extra bedding in the closet for when you want the bed to yourself.

Not much. Wish there were balconies on each floor to smoke since it is a smoke free facility. Would like a directional feature on the air conditioner since it is right by the bed. But it was definitely cooling enough.

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices. The hotel was very clean inside and outside. The vending machines were stocked well and appropriately priced.

the pillows were small but there was 4 on each bed and they were stuffed well with memory foam.

Room was spacious except for the bathroom, Breakfast was good. Mostly everything had been cleaned fairly well.

Bathroom door at the bottom was ragged and worn out. Hard to open door with a towel on the floor. Bathroom too small all around. Bathroom should have been made wider so you could actually move around.

Our room was clean and a decent size. The shower head and water pressure were surprisingly good, this is one area many hotels lack. The breakfast was great and the staff was amazing.

The price was more than I was expecting but overall a nice experience.

Breakfast was excellent with several hot or cold selections. Eggs, waffles, sausage gravy and biscuits were available, Or cereal, bagels, muffins, etc .

Had trouble with the shower, but the staff immediately took care of it.

Nice room, friendly staff. Good breakfast, we had a nice stay.

Only negative we found was the ice machine. It looked like a science experiment. The ice seemed to be okay, but the machine itself looked gross.

The property was nice & clean

I think it’s time to get new mattresses (Foam Mattresses) for some of the rooms. The room I stayed in mattress was not comfortable and I could feel the springs from the mattress.

We enjoyed the check-in process and the help Courtney provided. She was cordial and knowledgeable.

We enjoyed breakfast except not everyone in our family enjoyed the turkey sausage. Other than that it was filling and had a variety of selections to fulfill our breakfast tastes.

it was convenient to all the stores and food places and the breakfast with available in the morning and everyone was very nice
