Dothan National Golf Club and Hotel

Breakfast is a true continental style breakfast. Hot fresh coffee! Ice cold milk and orange juice. Fresh fruits and cereals. And plenty of frozen microwave biscuits. The pool and mineral spa were amazing. The bar was awesome! And the kitchen offers a good variety of dinner and supper options. And the guy who seems to keep it all together and running, Miles!!! Thank you Miles for you kindness and being a true southern gentleman.

The place is old no doubt. And there has obviously been work done to keep it at a condition I would say is ok. But even with what it would consider to be on the lower end not very picky about stuff. This place really could use a complete overhaul!!!

Comfy on-site bar with patio and good basic food. Mineral pool was a real treat. Delightful antiques everywhere. The atmosphere was relaxed. We're not golfers, so I can't speak to that part, but we will be back.

There wasn't any real negative. The place is older but they do a nice job of upkeep. Other guests and short-term residents were quiet and respectful of privacy. Ok, one negative: the price on the sign was "no longer available."

The staff was great, liked the outdoor pool, and loved the mineral pool. The room was clean, and the food was great. The price was worth it.

Beds were full sized, not queens like I booked. The beds are not comfortable at all. You can't rent a golf cart unless you're a member (I understand it's for insurance purposes)

Good location, great course layout, friendly staff.

Course and faculty Could use some updates, not a big deal but anything would show that the owners cared.

The staff member at both check=in and check out was extremely friendly and helpful with ideas about where to go to eat and a little shortcut to avoid some traffic. The golf course at the facility is beautiful and although I didn't get a chance to play ti I did get up and walk it early.

The rooms are dated and could use some modernizing, but hey were clean and the price is good for what you are getting. The check in after the course closes is a little cumbersome as well, but again - you have to understand where you are staying

Rural, peaceful location. Staff exceptionally friendly. Rooms were clean and functional. Golf course is a fun ride but is in need of a maintenance budget increase. Hot mineral pool is wonderful.

Has seen it’s better days but new ownership is trying to improve.

The location is key it's close to my mom. The pool was nice. The mineral spa is usually very hot.... But it was not this time

The AC did not work very well in the room. The door look like it had been busted in the latch was broken on the inside of the door

Friendly staff,comfy mattress, nice mineral pool, convenient bar and really appreciated the yummy club sandwich overall good value for price

Pillows need washing and shower could use more attention

It's a very interesting place. The decor is great. Cute common spaces. The bar/grill was hosted by a great guy who seemed to do everything, from checking us in to cooking. Dinner was good, which was handy as there are no other restaurants within miles😁

We had a space heater for heat, and there could have been more lighting...

This was a very convenient location as we were traveling south. It is a very pretty setting on the golf course.

The morning breakfast was skimpy and not manged well. Coffee ran out and not much on the way of protein, lots of carbs.
