Hyatt Residence Club Bonita Springs, Coconut Plantation

We love this hotel. Stayed in an apartment which was lovely. More space than the hotel which was ideal for our need. The gentleman in the hotel coffee shop is lovely. Recognised him from our previous visits. Always happy Why are reception staff not in a uniform. They looked a bit scruffy. Sorry. Reception staff need to be uniformed

Some staff unfriendly and unhelpful. Not like the past few visits in previous years. Didn’t like being asked about timeshare every time we approached customer relations. Went over to main hotel early one evening to sit by the pool after dinner and the towels and food bowls hadn’t been cleared away from all around the pool area. Not appealing at night time. No staff around either. There were loads of towels and food co trainers all around the pool area which was a great shame. Couldn’t get a reservation for the boat across to their beach as no space. Didn’t realise we had to book and when we did it was full for two days. So only had the one trip over.

We loved the beauty of the location and the lazy river was amazing! The pools and grounds were great also! Our room (like a condo) was on the third floor across from the pool and lazy river! We got to see bunnies running around which was pretty neat.

We thought when we paid booking.com it included everything. When you check out, you will also have to pay the hotel fee which is a daily fee added up. No housekeeping unless you can and request something specifically.

The pools were amazing. Everything outside of the condo was clean and very beautiful. Pool staff was very friendly. The food at the bar and grill was good. Having s'mores by the fire pit was a perfect way to end each night.

Floors in the condo were not very clean. Walking barefoot would leave us with black feet. Also, we were a bit surprised to find out the pools closed at dusk and the sauna, steam room, big fire pit, game room, and kids crafting room were not open at this time. Would have been nice to know that before booking.

The resort was beautiful. The pool area was very nice, unfortunately it got cut short due to the thunderstorms. The rooms are very nice and clean and have nice screened in patios. Very beautiful resort!

The veranda restaurant is expensive. Drinks are pricey and small. I know resort pricing can be high, but some of these items were definitely overpriced.

-Very beautiful and well maintained complex with lots of nichy places and spacious pools. -Especially liked the 'Alligator' rafting part -Shania at the front desk made a later check out possible. Thanks again!

Excellent room. Good size to be with the family

Huge property, the biggest room we ever stayed in! Friendly staff, good service, social distance practice. Pool amenities is fantastic and the lazy River is just perfect!

Private beach transportation only available until 2:25pm.

From the concierge who called me before we arrived to the front desk to the pool staff and servers this place has some of the best crew. Always felt that any thing I can possibly need would be attended to. Amazing birthday weekend. Use of sister resort next door did not fail to please either!!! Bravo Hyatt!!!

Only thing that could have been better is no Covid so could operate freely but that is obviously not anyone's doing!! Considering the circumstances they did an amazing job keeping everyone safe while still providing phase 2 services here in Florida!!

We did not eat breakfast because it was only offered from the gift shop.

No housekeeping due to Corona Virus. This is ridiculous. We stayed 4 days, 3 nights with no housekeeping! This is the only hotel that we’ve stayed in during the pandemic that had no housekeeping. The pools and lazy river were only open 10-5??? I would not stay here again. It’s ok, but not what was expected. It also says no pets and there were several big dogs, no trained safety animals, just pets.

The place was great. Lazy River stole the show and the staff was excellent.

The pictures were misleading as there are no water slides at the Residence, they are at the Regency as well as the spa. Also, the slides were closed to Residence guests access because it was a holiday
