Trianon Bonita Bay Hotel

Excellent location for dining, golf, shopping, sightseeing. Walk to terrific bars, restaurants and Italian deli. Lake House bar and grill was hidden treasure. Great (in house made)BBQ, pork, ribs, brisket, and sauces. Small pool was just right size.

We were given the option of daily maid service, but opted to skip towel service and trash removal. Would do it differently next time. Get a room on the south side away from parking lot, 41 and traffic noise.

Hotel location is excellent. Room size and comforts were very good. We overlooked the water with a balcony, which were very good. The pool area was just the right size and well laid out. We ate at the Lakehouse restaurant twice, which was enjoyable both times. Overall the staff were very pleasant and helpful. We had a fantastic stay, and will return.

the hotel is in a good location and was quiet but beside a small mall. it was very clean and well designed and gave off an air of luxury. whilst I had an awful view from my balcony ( already assigned to me before I arrived at the hotel). the balcony was of a good size, the bed was ultra comfortable and the bathroom was one of The nicest I have ever had in any hotel no matter the star rating

bins. there where none around for whatever reason. but just none available also like most hotels now they try and con you re into not having your bed made, towels changed and cleaned!!! this has nothing to do with climate change but everything to do with them saving money !!

Rooms and public areas in the Trianon are impressive.. spacious and elegant. Old prints and art on the walls, furniture, lamps and other appliances are also well chosen antiques or reproductions. Very comfortable bed. The hotel bar/restaurant next to the lake has a great atmosphere and good value food and drinks, drawing in a lively crowd from neighboring areas in addition to hotel guests. There is a small promenade next to the hotel with other good food options if you don't want to travel. Location good, 20-25 minutes to Naples and easy access to beaches.

Room was available at 4pm only (which to be fair the hotel specifies as guaranteed time of availability)

The Hotels price and amenities. Loved location, traveled surrounding areas and beaches. First Hotel that cleaned our room everyday for our entire stay. Loved that! Different towel everyday, if something like shampoo or toilet paper needed it was replaced as everything else.

Staff at the outside bar were not to pleasant and rude. Complained about guest coming in close to closing. Came in at 9:00 p.m. and place closes at 9:30 p.m. thought my family could get a bite to eat like the people who were just in front of us when we entered. However, when the host came back to me she says they were closing and kitchen stopped making food. My husband finally arrived and told her that we would go to the bar for drinks. So we proceeded not a minute later ladies who just were seated ordered and received their food in 15min. Had to tell my Kids to order elsewhere when they cam down to sit with us at the bar. Never went back!

Loved the balconies on the room. The pool area was fantastic and the pool was super clean. I saw no broken tiles or debris in the pool. The hotel and room were in tip top shape with a large bathroom. Please note that I was in a handicap room so your experience could differ in the bathroom area.

There weren't enough regular chairs around the pool deck. The lounges were very low and I had trouble getting on and off of the lounge chairs. I prefer a taller upright chair. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. I was surprised of the charge for breakfast. My wife said there was a sign, but I never saw it.

The hotel was not at all as it looked in the pictures however it was nice. Initially we did not get the room we booked (balcony) but we moved the next day. Getting moved proved to be a challenge as they wanted us to check out at 11:00 and check back in once a room was ready? That was complete insanity and terrible customer service. I was speaking with Jeff who acted indifferent at first then turned snotty and unprofessional. My husband was hoping to speak to him as he heard my conversation however why make matters worse right? It’s my opinion since I own my own business and work with the public often that Jeff should not be working with the public. After much debate Jeff agreed we should not have to check out of our room but move to the room when it was ready (um of course.) Bradley who was new was very nice, unfortunately his coworker was Jeff (hopefully he wasn’t training him.) JoAnn who was at the coffee area then the front desk was also very nice. All in all if we hadn’t had to deal with Jeff (which would not have happened if we got the correct room) we would have been happier. One note: my husband smokes cigars and he was told he could not smoke in the OUTSIDE bar area???

Beautiful hotel. Great location. Friendly staff.

The music that was being played one of the days was some rap which really surprised us. Just didn’t fit a quality hotel. The blue chairs in the lobby near the elevators were really dirty. There was an ugly stain on the mattress sheet on the bed that we didn’t notice until after the 2nd night we were there & the sheets were pulled back a little further. Yikes!

Front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. Location is close to so much, but not right off of the highway. Even in a room without a view, we had a good view and were able to see the sunset and enjoy some of the landscape. Generous space in the room. Huge bathroom, spacious closet, lots of room to spread out.

Minor complaints, but the rain shower head was angled oddly and sprayed outside of the shower stall over the door. I fixed it easily. Despite all of the room in the shower, having no bench or real shelf seemed an odd design choice and made the shower slightly less enjoyable for my elderly father. I would have liked an additional adjustable shower head but this is just an extra amenity. The bench would have been helpful.

Nice hotel overall. One big plus: we had some personal issue and had to leave early, and the hotel staff was nice to allow us to leave early only covering the effective nights we stayed. They were not required to do so, and it showed to me the seriousness of the hotel.
