Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bonita Springs North Naples

I’m actually surprised at how many bad reviews there are for this place. The room was clean, fresh towels, fresh sheets, everything wiped down. No bad smells. I didn’t swim in the pool but that also looked pretty clean. Yes, there is a virtual receptionist for check in. But I have to say I preferred it that way.

One of the downside is the breakfast. They have juice, coffee, muffins, toast cereal & hard boiled eggs (no salt only pepper.) I would’ve liked it if there were more options for protein, not just carbs and sugar. The toilet paper was very cheap and scratchy. And the air conditioner made some strange noises.

Well the only thing that I did not like when I first booked this Location was the services fees of $10.00 per night and the taxes where not included in the cost over the over all booking and we had to pay those taxes at the time of check in, Also. folks there is a $100 deposit. Well after seeing the property and rooms and the hotel is in prestige condition and is just one of the most cleanest locations for any hotel i have ever stayed in I could not even find dust on my tv screen.

There was no breakfast at the time of our stay.

The room was excellent. Clean and everything about it was comfortable. The cleaning staff was always accommodating to us - giving us whatever we needed. The one morning we had breakfast it was fine.

I didn’t like having no one at the desk. I felt that people were at the pool that were not staying at the hotel. They would drink their Morelos and then leave the empties. On our last evening there were two roofing trucks parked in the parking lot by the garbage area. They had a grill going and music blaring. They were having a party. On Monday morning they were gone. Overall the security at the hotel was nonexistent. The only place we needed to use our key was for our room.

Location: directly off the interstate, but opposite a gas station with attached store and Mcdonalds, 15 min walk to shopping center with diner and few other restaurants, but not close to any nice park or beach Light: blackout blinds eliminate most light Noise: very quiet even though i had worst room near elevator Bed: firm mattress very comfortable for me

Zoom style check in was bit annoying but doable. Breakfast was pretty lame: cereal, waffle, cup cake, toast, boiled egg, juice, coffee, No bacon or any other cooked delights

Location was perfect for what I needed. Room was a good size

There was only one working ice machine; it was on 3rd floor. Never did see an actual staff member-only on kiosk. AC did not work well. Breakfast only has food that is bread/sugar based-everyone in my room is a diabetic, and there was no one to ask for alternative options.

The hotel exceeded my expectations, the comfortable and clean rooms, the breakfast was very good and varied, I did not use the pool but I saw it lacking paint, what I did not like is that I felt that there should have been more security at the entrance doors There is no one when you arrive and anyone who does not have a reservation can enter or leave, otherwise everything is very good, the staff is very attentive and the hotel is very quiet, I could surely recommend it to my friends

Everything other that the 2 items mentioned.

The linen change was uneven....some days 1 bath towel, other days 3.... The day before checkout, I received no face cloths, but was assured, after requesting them, that housekeeping would provide them. Well, they did not. Also, smokers were allowed to be near the main entrance, not 25 ft away.

Clean and comfy. Would stay again. Breakfast was yummy 😋 Traveling down gulf coast through everglades to key west. Staying at a different hotel nightly for about 8 hours of sleep and shower. This was one of the better ones, RECOMMENDED. We forfeited our money in Florida City as we drove by the Super 8, we had booked earlier that day and decided to continue on as looked like a bad idea. Staying at Seacove in Marathon, so bad we just slept in our car. Pictures are deceiving on the website.

Girl possibly lived there with her mom?? No mask at all. Rode with us up elevator later down the elevator and she was in breakfast area when we got there and still there when we left. No mask ever and it is a small area.

The breakfast is great, place was very clean, great location, nice pool.

The staff didn't understand English very well, the pool was smaller than the pictures, the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable and made totally of metal with no cushions.

I've stayed here before, I love the room layout, especially the rooms with the pull-out sofa, those are fabulous as you can chill as if you're in a separate room as there's a half partition between the seating area and bed. It is just off I75, definitely not a place to walk around at night unless you truly know the areas vibe, either Uber down to beach, Mercato, Coconut Point or get a rental. Beaches are a 90 minute walk so out of the question. Their covid-safe check-in is 100 assured.

The luggage carts are a weird shape, triangular-can't get a lot on them, they used to have the square/ brass bar overhang ones I'm sure.
