H2O Suites- Adults Only

This hotel is perfect, you can tell they are really going out of their way to make your stay extra special. Don’t be afraid to take advantage of all the perks, free drinks at the pool like mimosas and red&white wi e selections. Free Dove bars that get refilled upon request or each day even without request. We also enjoyed the free muffins and mints as part of the turn down service. There are free snacks like chips and salsa and guacamole at the pool you just have to ask. The whole staff was extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. We used the bikes that they for a small fee to ride all over town each day of our stay. The housekeepers are magical our room was spotless every day and the turn down service was such a treat. The grounds are kept beautifully as well. The rooftop pool did get a bit warm later in the day but was cooler in the early afternoon so maybe a water chiller could be added but it was recorded breaking hot during our stay. The location was quiet and easy to get to everything key west offered. We didn’t do the free beach passes due to a lot of seaweed but that would have been yet another amazing perk this hotel offered. Our room was a generous size especially the bathroom and felt very private. We loved the bath products and provided coffee and real cream selection for the room. We had a great stay, just book it and enjoy all the free amitie.

Everything. It exceed our expectations. The staff was wonderful. especially Shanieka. We went there to eat sleep and dip our toes in the water and de-stress. We did just that. We had a deluxe room with a plunge pool. We used our plunge pool and the main pool. Almost fell asleep with my drink in my hand in front of the fire pit. Guess what. Others saw me and for a couple of days it became a challenge to get seats in front of the fire pit at night. The place is peaceful and relaxful. From brochures it looks like its a tad bit isolated but it is not. Its conveniently located to restaurants and shops. To our surprise even though we were on the opposite end of Duval street, we were able to walk to the other end (twice) and we are seniors. The tropical gardens and landscape is beautiful.

A bit pricey. I wonder if they could move the microwave to where the ice machine is. I just think it's intrusive to have to invade the staff's break room to use the microwave. Getting to the room through those curtains if they are in the closed or privacy position was like going through a jungle forest. Got a couple of insect bites. Dont know if they were from mosquitoes or sugar ants and that had never happened before while I was in Key West. But it didn't stop me from enjoying myself and I did.

The H20 is a wonderful, clean, quiet property which is conveniently located to Duval Street. A couples only resort with several complimentary amenities such as bottled water, fresh baked muffins delivered at turn down, petite Dove ice cream bars, and happy hour cocktails. The finishes on the room and bathroom are lovely and we truly enjoyed our stay.

The only negatives would be if you are located on the 2nd floor there are no elevators so getting your luggage up and down can be an issue. It wasn't a big deal for us but just fair warning if you find stairs challenging.

This is a gorgeous, luxurious property. Suite large and bathroom heavenly. Everything is beautifully decorated and flawlessly maintained with a great, friendly and fun staff. Rooftop pool and bar is wonderful. You have the ability to get a suite with a small plunge pool on your patio. How many hotels do you find that still do a nightly “turndown” with a chocolate square on your nightstand? This one does.

Only the fact that there isn’t an on-site restaurant. They do give you muffins daily and there are Keurig coffee makers and refrigerators in the suites. Absolutely no other “didn’t likes”.

From the moment we checked in we felt the love. the parking garage is very small but they instantly showed us where to park across the street, I really loved the romantic coziness of the h2o and how lush it all felt. The fire at night is beautiful and the turn down service was superior with freshly made muffins. The rooftop pool and bar (with free happy hour 11-5:30) was incredible. we LOVED our bartender Inga, she was the BEST!! During checkout a beautiful candle was gifted to us for staying with them.

I had no complaints at all! One of the best ‘stay-cations I’ve experienced. “ It gave luxury! The concierge services was so inviting. They put you to bed at night (bring warm pastries, ice cream and chocolates with warm good night ( pulling back your covers).” The accommodations exceeds your expectations. I experienced it with my Fiancée for his birthday. His expression was priceless.

There wasn’t anything I was not pleased with. My Fiancée desired complimentary breakfast I didn’t. So we DoorDash:)

Came here for our honeymoon. Literally was provided a bottle of sparkling wine (thank you!!!), muffins, chocolate and ice cream daily, and our room was absolutely spotless. We were also provided complimentary drinks upstairs at the pool, along with snacks! Another big plus: bike rentals!!!! They also assisted us with activities to book through local vendors, which was a huge plus since I would rather trust someone local to provide great recommendations. We are so happy we got to stay here for our first time in Key West. The bartender, Carol, was absolutely AMAZING! She provided wonderful food recommendations and the drinks she made were delicious. Absolutely nothing. The only thing we had an issue with was our suite had ants near the trash. But it’s FL and bugs are all over. Nothing that would have docked the rating to give this place!

Breakfast Was not offered. We were given muffins in the room and a coffee maker

We were not informed that the building was two stories high and to reach the second floor you had to take two steps of stone stairs. Four members of our group were over 60 and two of them needed canes.. It was not easily accessible hotel. The shower floors were a slippery tile and there was no rubber mat to keep the shower safe my husband slipped and fell, thank God he wasn’t hurt. And my sister slipped and fell in the shower, the floors of the shower were not rinsed properly. There were stone stairs when they became wet, which they did because we had rain or like walking on ice. Although they did have someone mopping up the water the rain was coming down faster than he could work work.

The most modern building in Key West. Loved the layout and the staff was unbelievable! Kamzi at the pool bar was very attentive and friendly. The location is perfect! About 1/2 mile front Duval St center so close enough to have fun but far enough away to unwind. Highly recommend H2O for a quiet getaway.

The only drawback is allowing smoking outside the rooms on your patio. We only experienced it one time from our neighbor, but were surprised it was allowed

Gorgeous property and loved the rooftop pool and bar! Clean, well appointed, e.g., suites include a mini-fridge and freezer, Wi-Fi, water which was critical during the heat advisory, and wonderful linens. We wished we had taken out the nearby electric scooters earlier—convenient and a lot of fun for quickly seeing more of the island.
