Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center

The breakfast was great. My kids and grandson enjoyed the omelets and fresh fruits. The pool was a great size. The parking garage had surveillance which made us all feel very safe.

I think room 404 had a dog or some animal in it before me. My allergies were really bad in the room and it think that was the cause. I had to take my Flonase daily. Please ensure the rooms are properly cleaned after people have animals in the room. Flared allergies ruin a great trip and hotel stay.

I love staying and here at this location, I stay at this particular Embassy at least twice a year minimum. It’s very close to everything my family wants to do and need.

I know there are still restrictions due to COVID-19 and the breakfast options are not what the regular Embassy Hotel Guest are accustomed to. And the evening reception is not an option currently. So I feel like the cost per night should be adjusted until these options are available.

Breakfast was great, I love the ready to order omelets. Very big room! Staff very helpful! Housekeeping, cleaned my room and made my bed during my stay. They did an awesome job.

What I didn't like, I asked for a high floor, I guess I should have said that I wanted 8,9, or 10. Issues with the elevator again. This time there was a lot of noises in the room next door and above my room. Not as peaceful as I'd hoped. The blankets are very rough and really need to be updated, so I just brought my own. Lastly the parking and building access. The side walk is very dark and walking to the lot is uncomfortable and dangerous. You have to walk all the way around to the main door to get in side after dark.

This is the second time we have stayed there, and we loved it each time. This time, the breakfast bar was open, and this was the best breakfast bar. So far. The stuff was amazing and friendly. The young man Andre that checked me in was so respectful when he spoke to you he looked you straight in the eyes, and when you spoke back, you knew he was listening cause he gave you his undivied attention he made you feel what you was saying it matter to the stuff. You do not get that at every hotel that you go to.

The only thing I didn't like was that they close the breakfast bar too early, lol. There was nothing i did not like.

The hotel itself was very beautiful. Room size were great. Loved the suite.

As a disabled person now. I had few complaints. The bars on the side of the toilet were smooth, no grip areas along it. As a person who can’t use the right side of her body I had to reach across and I couldn’t a grip to help myself up so I loose the privacy of having to have my son or daughter help me up. So I recommend higher or raised toilet seats and bar with area to grip. Or atleast have raise toilet chairs guest can put over the toilet seats.

Breakfast - Was great hot and fresh. Restock was on point did not have to wait. Bed - Was very comfortable and clean.

Room - Was couple stains that was noticeable on the bed skirt that made me think like was this room clean. Pool - Was told we could take our drink from the bar to the pool and the security officer approach us and told us we was not support to have our drinks at the pool area. We inform the young lady advise us that it was ok that's why its in a plastic cup. I guess he was ok with that and walk away.

Loved the decor in the entire hotel, especially the Atrium. All linen were clean, white and fresh.

The staff was rude and ignored me as if I was NOT standing in front of them asking a question or two. Never saying may I help, especially when I was the only one standing there. When I did ask my questions I received answers or looks like I was asking a dumb question. Also, our rooms were not vacuumed, and we had a stopped up bathroom sink that required a plumber. For the cost, I expected better. One suggestion....Build a connection from the hotel to the garage. Other than those issues, the place was beautiful.

All went well, and we have no complaints. My review is intended to make a couple of polishing comments for that "Excellence" you and I like to see. The front desk was staffed by 2 very helpful people (around 1:30 PM, 2/4/23) . One was a beautiful young lady with a charming smile, with wisdom and experience to boot. I only regret that I did not get her name. On checkout her farewell salutation was one that sounded like she really meant it, and it made me smile.

The exterior window curtain (Rm 228) has a track and two curtain pull rods that do not work. I finally got it closed by directly pulling the fabric itself with more force than should have been required. No need to fix the pull rods without repairing the track (or obstructing). The breakfast bar was very nice, but the souffle bar manager (giving out commands) was disinterested, and did not seem to like his job. The souffle itself was not presented in the traditional style or in any other style or taste to remember it by.

Check in/Check out easy easy! Room was huge and up to date, loved it. Bed comfy, bathroom spacious, fridge, microwave, and prep sink a plus. Breakfast was awesome, the ready to order omelets were the best. The eating area was clean and plenty of room to sit and eat comfortably. The room was very quiet, which was awesome, There were a lot of kids there, but I didn't hear much at all. I will definitely stay again, it was a great value for New Year's Eve weekend.

Only one elevator worked the holiday weekend, not good. There was a light blinking on and off in our room constantly. The extra blankets are old and rough not good to sleep on. The additional fee for parking should have been mentioned prior to booking.

I loved the size of the room. I also, liked that the couch and the bed were both equally comfortable (with the exception that the couch was stained). But overall the room was very clean, both TV's worked and were easy to operate, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, and most importantly the staff was very helpful!!

When I first checked in my room it smelled like someone had recently been smoking in it. The front desk sent some to move me into a second room; however the second room couch was stained with two large dark spots. Unfortunately I was pressed for time to go out so I did not request another room. Overall the stay was still 3.7 stars worthy in my opinion. In fact I might recommend this place or maybe stay here again myself to give them another chance to get to 4 stars or better!
