The area is close to a lot of places and traffic isn't bad!!💕 The manager over the maintenance staff was just awesome !!! Our t.v. wasn't working and he brought us another one👏🏼 Game Night (The Ohio State and Georgia)

I didn't appreciate having Nadia telling me I am not allowed to have 2 washcloths to shower before bedtime and 2 for shower before breakfast(=4) and there were 2 guests in my room. This was the second time I have had issues about washcloths so I guess I will have to start packing my own.😐 👉We Do Not Reuse washcloths in my family. Under previous Management it was NEVER a problem!!!🤦🏽‍♀️ Maybe people are stealing them but with the cost of my stay I shouldn't be stressed out over washcloth issues.!!!

Everyone was super friendly! And that totally made up for the things I didn't like. It was pretty convenient in location.

I was bummed that the pool was not open 😞 . Was under the impression that it was and that was one of the main reasons why I booked this particular hotel. I also did not like the fact of not being any outlets available other than the bathroom, and the one lamp on the desk. There were not even USB outlets that could be utilized. I had to go purchase a new charger just to be able to charge my phone. All in all, it serves the main purpose for my visit, but I do not know that it would necessarily be on my list of places to stay again.

I liked it. Let me first speak of the general comments about the property and then I will highlight some more pointers specifically applicable for my stay here this time. We were in Room#216. The room was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, wall thermostat controlled AC that kept the room at the perfect comfortable temperature. When we checked in we were greeted and checked in by Sylvia. She was very pleasant and had a nice customer pleasing positive yet professional attitude which I appreciated. The complimentary breakfast had standard continental menu with sufficient options to choose from including fruits. Coffee was available at the lounge all through out the time (including decaf). Didn't use the pool or any other facility so can not really comment on that. Nice location, close by main roads yet the room was quiet as I wished for. Perfect Stay! Now let me elaborate some of the other non-standard scenarios I had gone through and how the management/stuff went above and beyond to accommodate that. #1. I booked through Booking.com (and am Hampton' reward member as well). I had it booked for two nights to stay. But I needed to change my plan at the very last moment ; the morning of the day I was supposed to check in which was beyond the cancellation/reservation modification window by myself. I called the hotel and talked to the nice lady who picked up the call. I explained and she changed my reservation from two nights to one night only as I requested. I was very appreciative of that and also honestly liked the way she spoke so calmly which made me feel a valued customer. Great example of Customer service :) #2. I somehow managed to forget to pack a toothpaste. When I asked the hotel front-desk stuff (who happens to be the same person who I had spoken over phone earlier before arriving to adjust my reservation) she was kind me to provide a free sample. Little thing, but leaves a positive impression :)

Nothing to mention here. Everything was as we hoped for and we have had a very pleasant stay.

The location was great. Not too far from the city. Close to most things we needed. Very cute hotel and the staff was fabulous. The breakfast was descent.

The ac unit was messed up in our room. They had no extra rooms to switch us to. The unit was making a very loud noise when it turned on. They suggested putting a blanket over the unit... I felt that was not safe but it also didn't help and made it worse! I understand being fully booked but having nobody to fix the issue was aggravating. We didn't get peaceful sleep due to this and it was a vacation to help relax. They did end up giving a discount for the issue..but money doesn't make up for lost sleep.

Unfortunately, the carpets smelled dirty. We had 3 rooms and all the carpets smelled dirty. I spoke to one of the staff and suggested they deep clean the carpets.

Some of the staff were unable to speak any English, the elevators were filthy, the breakfast area was not as it should be, but the worst thing was when the air shut off in the room in became so hot we woke up in a sweat but as soon as the air was back on it was fine

Chief Engineer Howard Eaddy and the front desk were extremely helpful. I had problems with the chair in the room and causing some back problem. The front desk staff found a work around for me in the morning, and later during the day Howard contacted me and provided a solution. I really appreciate how caring they were. The hotel facilities are great, good breakfast, 24hour tea/coffee.

More frequent cleaning of the room would be great. Now the policy is every few days. Otherwise I need to make a request 24 hours in advance.

i normally stay across the street at the Sheraton but I had a budget this time and the Hampton inn did not disappoint. the room was very comfortable, clean, and I love the location (I always stay in this area) it’s close to everything. what I love most is parking wasn’t an issue at all which it normally is at the Sheraton. they have a complimentary breakfast, coffee available all day and night, the staff was great and the deposit was only $25 and soon as I checked out it was put right back into my account. I’ll be staying here from now on.

the only negative I had was the tv remotes are universal remotes so I was unable to change the input to use my firestick.

Location was great. Toilet tissue was one ply and therefore had to use a lot. The business center does not have a chair to go with the computer and printer. The staff was GREAT, especially Sylvia at night. The breakfast was beyond my expectations. Never had to pay for a hotel before my stay. That threw me off since I move money in my bank based on check out date and not check in date, especially since I am Hilton Honors. Not sure if I will return because of the pre-payment especially since that was not explained in advance. Something that drastically different should be explained beforehand.

Having to pay for the room at check in and not at check out. One-ply toilet tissue.

The staff were great and very accommodating. The hotel was nice and so was the area of the hotel. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean. There weren't any bedbugs or anything honestly to be worried about.

I did not like the breakfast selection. It was great that it was free. The sausages were stale tasting. The eggs were runny. They had no grits and everything else looked played over. We literally made the decision to go somewhere else to eat breakfast.
