Very Clean, great location and modern.

The bathroom was very odd especially for a “family room” of two queen beds. There was no wall or partition separating the shower for privacy from rest of room. Very strange setup. In a king room for couples, would be fine. Just very strange for a family with older kids.

We did not have breakfast. The staff was my favorite!! Especially Torrie Andersen. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and were visiting the Temple. It is within walking distance for anyone visiting for that purpose. The guys were extremely nice to my children. Made us feel right at home.

I did not like the bathroom doors. For families, there is no privacy. The room door was also very hard to open. Nothing we couldn't adjust to and not any reason to still not give this hotel 5 stars.

I was totally pleased with this hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly. The room was very modern and comfortable and clean. Bed was exremely comfortable. Location was great. Hotel sits alone but only minutes drive to restaurants and bars. In all directions. Ample parking. And parking was free! I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best. John at the front desk was awesome!

at only 6 weeks old every thing is great

I’m not a big fan of the whole “hotel lounge bar scene” but the Aloft was near family so I chose it. I know what the company is trying to do (attract the millennium traveler/business person and increase revenue with the bar) but there’s a reason these type properties fell out of favor 25 years ago. invariably they become a hangout for local undesirables and then families abandon it and then the business travelers abandon it.

very nice. way more modern decor than the traditional hotel room. still a nice new building and nice staff! great location! awesome pool & gym. free parking and Wifi was a plus! only serving a snack center and grab n go type breakfast that isn’t included

the mattress wasn’t comfortable to me or my boyfriend, but we’re kind of picky. also no towel hooks in the bathroom or by the sink

The location was great except for the major construction happening on the roads. Hotel included an easy drive to the city, off street parking, heated pool, workout room, and a pool table.

Our receipt from Booking.Com indicated that breakfast was included in the final price of the room. This was not correct. The breakfast items had to be purchased separately.

I did not eat breakfast, but next time I come to stay. I will make sure to have some breakfast.

Actually this is my second time staying at an Aloft, the staff was the main reason I came back, they were extremely helpful and polite. I’m glad this hotel is also pet friendly, this way we can always bring our fur babies. The lobby atmosphere was also great with the bar and pool table. I think y’all nailed it.

The chats I sent with questions were never answered and when I called the property I was unable to get an answer. I was told via a virtual agent with Marriott there wasn’t a pet fee and only breed restrictions which I wanted to verify with the actual property but was charged a $75 fee at checkout.

very beautiful and modern

we did not get any cleaning service and when asked to have new sheets and blankets dropped to out room before we left. we were denied and told to take it ourselves up to our room. not a big deal but not great service I think.

location was perfect for my work in Sandy Springs. The bar atmosphere was great, they had a DJ on both nights which made it lively without being too much
