It was a nice location. The lady at the front desk was above 5 stars a true dedicated employee worked the whole weekend we were there what an awesome team player you have she is what made our stay enjoyable!

Wonderful location front desk staff was super friendly and nice. Lady mentioned she'd been here to person who came in she'd been here 14 hours but you would never know it. She treated us as if she just come in all smiles and sweet as she could be The young man in day time was dressed to the nine in suite very nice from Jersey. I loved it walking to shopping I mean walk out of front door into shopping center. Motel is clean and you feel safe

I had to get back on road

Everything was very comfortable, very clean, very relaxing. We were there for our wedding and we were able to stay on separate floors to avoid crossing paths on the day of. Breakfast was delicious and very welcoming. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Overall would absolutely stay there again. The price was perfect as well! Walls we're not extremely thin and we didn't hear other guests often. Pillows and blankets were very comfortable as well.

The gazebo which was the only seating for the smoke section needed some work, but still provided shelter during the rain.

I liked the location, and that it was close to many shops, stores and restaurant chains. The king suite was nicely laid out. Guests weren’t noisy & were generally polite. Housekeeping checked in & was really pleasant. The front desk ladies were helpful when needed.

It felt strange not having a phone or clock in the suite (not that I needed them, but it’s still pretty standard in hotels, so I thought.) The coffee at breakfast was like water, really gross. As a morning coffee drinker I was so disappointed. I did alert the attendant thinking it was an oversight, but the next day it was the same watered down, weak coffee :( I didn’t like that there was no complementary ice water in the lobby. It’s summer. Please also consider getting vending machines that accept cards, not only cash. Parking was scarce at times and the lot seemed cramped and not well lit.

Property was in good location. Room was comfortable and clean. Quiet location. Plenty of restaurants close by. Breakfast was good with cold and hot items in a comfortable dining area. Staff was pleasant.

Maintenance could have been better in the room's bathroom. It was a little beat up - but clean and well supplied. No hot shower water when I showered at 8am the morning I left. There was hot water the night we arrived. Side doors seemed to be open at either end of building the during our stay - they had key card locks but doors could be opened without using your card. In today's world might want to rethink that.

The food was good. 24 hrs coffee. Secure lighting and parking lot.

Credit card was done prior to arrival. Card wasn't loaded till I arrived. Then I was told to pay additional 75$ at that time. This was a shopping trip so I was on a budget. Better notification would have been nice. They did call at 12:30. I was out of vehicle then arrived @ 3. I booked over a month in advance so they should have notified me of the 75$ but didn't. We'll see how the return deposit works. Mud in parking lot to side entrance construction area is dangerous by side entrance...

This was a nice place to stay as a stop on a longer road trip. It is right off the interstate, so it was easy to hop off and then continue on our journey. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. If you're there to shop, there seems to be a lot to do in the area, but it's also just a good place to "crash."

Breakfast left a bit to be desired. There were hot and cold items, although the eggs were not great. The dining room is quite small so if you're there during "rush hour" it might be hard to find a place to sit.

Our stay was phenomenal! I'd recommend this place to family and friends any day. The staff is so professional and polite. Answered all of our questions, our room was so clean, comfortable beds, coffee maker just simply the works! There is a pool and lounge area as well. Also free breakfast and coffee all day long, its in a superb location. Simply the best!

No complaints! The best we have ever stayed in, we felt so relaxed and comfortable.

The location is great and convenient. They have an indoor pool, which I enjoy. I also am pleased with the full service breakfast and the 12 noon check out time. The staff is pleasant and friendly to deal with. I left my charger and they called me. Thank you.

I checked in late and there weren't any cookies left. I also remember you having a lot more books. Can we donate books to your hotels?

Location! There is a Walmart across the street, extremely convenient. The lady at the front desk, Thomacina (sp) was simply amazing. She was the most helpful, sweetest lady. Most definitely needs a raise! The rooms were very clean!

Smell of marijuana..everywhere. The pool area may need some help. it was supposed to be heated and it was cold and the chlorine was so bad it burnt your eyes.
