Olivia at the front desk was amazing! Very kind and helpful. She was super busy and still acted like each customer was the most important! Top notch customer service!

The bathroom could use some attention. The toliet and bar in the shower are both loose. It took all night for the bathroom light to fully come on. A few mildew spots on the shower, ceiling and curtain.

One of the night shift workers was really rude when I asked for some towels.

Handicap access room was located at end of building near dedicated parking space. The shower was well-designed and equipped.

Doors were hard for handicapped person to open. The power chair and the power blind in the handicapped room were both broken. Tile on the floor of the shower was smooth and slippery.

Location was convenient to everyone we came to visit. The breakfast was good and we were happy to have it since most other hotels in the area still did not have that as an option due to covid. The staff were friendly and welcoming. I liked that they had cameras in the parking lot. I enjoyed being so close to everything but yet still felt like it was secluded.

The only thing I would have changed would be to have a microwave in the room.

I wanted to be close to the pool for my grandson and on the first floor. I got the perfect room with a couch where he could play and watch tv. Fridge kept the drinks cold and the room was so comfortable for our family to visit us while we were there. Easy access to shopping and restaurants and the interstate. Secluded so we did not hear road noise. Perfect place to stay. I will stay there again.

My grandson is 3 and when he walked in the room, he said, “It smells so good!” I think that says it all. 😁

The breakfast area is too enclosed - suggest widening that area. Even without Covid, that area where the hot food was is way too small for a crowd of hungry people wanting breakfast.

I loved the walk in shower. Took water a little long to heat up but once it did... It felt great!

I don't like the noise of someone drilling at 2:41 am... I can't go to sleep. I was trying to watch tv and couldn't hear it due to the noise so I turned it off. Now I can't sleep because of the noise. 9h and they don't have a microwave in the room. Other than these 2 things...everything else was great

Staff are always friendly, rooms are clean and breakfast was good.

Reserved a room that stated it had a microwave and fridge. My room did not have a microwave, I needed one..

The front desk ladies were always so helpful, very friendly and did an EXCELLENTjob taking care of my needs. The first room I was in the ac was loud and I had no problems with changing rooms. My room didn't come with a microwave, I have a 7 month old and needed to heat up her water, the front desk lady got me a microwave and put it in my room and made sure it worked for me! I will definitely be back very soon!

Clean, quiet, free breakfast better than usual.

Sofa bed was not very comfortable, which is typical for most hotel sofa beds.
