I dont know where to start when i say breakfast is always exceptional the best breakfast in any hotel chain i have ever stayed in I wanna Thank Mrs.Tsreta , Tyler, Mrs Francis whose a excellent omelet maker i love her, Mrs Elena, and the whole restaurant team is the Happy stomach place u cant stay here with out going an start the day with a great breakfast the staff in breakfast has patience and so warm i love them all they are FANTASTICALLY the best around HILTON TERRACE RESTAURANT you rock THE HEATH FAMILY will always love it here Thank you for being the best for us i have enjoyed my stay so much i keep forgetting to post beautiful photos but i be back for proof for viewers

The hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and there was a safe in the room. Breakfast was very good, with a decent selection. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and the food was good and reasonably priced.

On day 2 of my 2 day stay, there was no hot water for a shower. The refrigerator was very small and also there was no room service (something to do with Covid). It wasn't too much of a problem, I just asked at reception for clean towels for my cold shower!

The room was good, the only reasons we didn't rate higher was because the Pools were closed for maintenance. I understand it was unavoidable. But other than that the staff was great, kitchen staff, and management. However, the breakfast was great in the morning. Lots of choices and very tasty. I would stay there again.

We loved the room, beds were comfy. Location was nice for what we came to do & see. The price was great!! Nice pool.

The shower set up was odd. You had to actually step in the shower to turn it on. You had to be quick when you turned the knob to get out if the way, unless getting hit by a stream cold water first thing in the morning is your thing. No housekeeping, but the front desk said to call if we needed anything. Only had 2 towels. No pool towels available. These were, overall, minor. My husband & I enjoyed our stay. It’s a lovely, lively, hotel.

First off the ladies that checked us in and out were super friendly. Even the cleaning lady, I didn’t get her name, was was amazing. The room was the perfect size, Tv was big, everything was clean, and the balcony was a plus. I like that you had to use a key to get in the building when coming through the back as well. It was a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Because we had a balcony you could here the people next door clearly if they were outside but it wasn’t too bad during our stay. Also, we had some problems with adjusting the room temperature.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms where clean. The hotel is close to everything.

The noise level in the hallways was awful. The walls in the room are very thin and with a lot of ignorant guests who let their kids run and scream along with hearing what sounded like an adult movie being made above me, I didn’t get much rest. Also the smell of marijuana throughout the establishment was enough to give me a headache. Unfortunately no amount of awesome staff can change the behaviors of rude and ignorant guests.

Indoor pool and gym.excellent. Room comfy and clean. Location is quiet but nice, surrounded by pine trees. Parking was free, near our room and felt safe.

Optional breakfast was overpriced at $22. Thankfully found a lovely local family breakfast place a couple.of miles away.

everything about the inside… food was good from the restaurant in the hotel… room and everything was clean and exactly as the picture.

the outside looked a little dated as driving up to the hotel, but the front entrance gave it a little appeal. The shower wall still had hair on it, which was my only issue.

Pool and rooms.

I had to take a cold shower the 1st day and the 2nd day I let the water run for 26 minutes before getting it luke warm. I mentioned it to the front desk and she said that the engineers was aware and had been working on it but she guess they didn’t get it fixed!

Their staff members were AWESOME! I especially loved Scotty at the front desk, Gambino & Elena, who served us at breakfast.
