First.... The pleasant smell not only in the lobby, but also when I walked in my room, it smelled so fresh. And not a cover up, but the freshness that lingers. First impressions are everything and the front desk staff was very friendly both in the evening and morning. The breakfast was something someone would want to eat. Kudos to the breakfast staff. I'm not a coffee connoisseur, but the bold roast was the best I can ever remember having. The rooms were big and comfortable. Met the hospitality upon leaving my room, was happy to tip. If I ever need to stay in the Stockbridge area again, this hotel will be my choice. Even the 12pm checkout is a plus

I loved how the front staff was very nice and the my room was clean. My check in process was very easy and quick.

I was not to happy with housekeeping. She took our towels and didn’t give us anymore because we were checking out that day. I mean we still have to shower before getting on the road.. when I asked her about it she seemed to have an attitude. She didn’t even look at me just said she don’t have any.

Everything was great from the moment we walked in; it looked and smelled clean. We were able to check-in earlier, which was a plus for me! The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows. Everything was in working order, and they had charging ports everywhere you sat. The room smelled amazing too! They owe my nothing...this was our best stay in Stockbridge.

Breakfast was the same both mornings we ate. I would've liked to have a change over the weekend. It was good though!

Upon arrival the service associate was very welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and looked exactly like photos. Breakfast is good and a lot to choose from. I was traveling with my toddler and the breakfast associate was so helpful with making sure I had everything I needed. The pool and patio area is niece and quiet. This hotel is located around lots of food and stores great location! I will return

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet...the gentleman that prepared and organized the buffet was extremely nice.. good vibe...and very helpful, always made sure everyone was comfortable with the selections..The rooms were very nice...the beds extremely comfortable....it was quiet and peaceful...except for my children...I'm returning

The hotel was very clean, and well-kept. The staff were very nice and complementary. The amenities were more than expected. I would stay again.

You could hear the bumping of the music from the lounge nearby, up til 2:00 am; but it was ok. Someone pulled the fire alarm, in the middle of the freaking night, causing everyone to have to vacate the bldg for about 30 minutes; we were asleep; they never found who did it. Hope that never happens again.

My stay with my Grandkids was so Nice, Super Clean and Stress-free. The Double Queen Suite is so bomb. I definitely recommend others to book it. The Sofabed the Door that separates the room is phenomenal. Had a Zoom call and I was able to sit comfortably at the desk on my laptop Everything was great. Lastly Breakfast was Excellent. Waffles, Oatmeal, Cereal, Fruit, Sausage, Eggs, Muffins, Juice bar. This Place gets a 10+ for me. All my needs were met. Staff very Friendly. They went over and beyond to accommodate me and my grandkids. 03/02/22

Property is always nice and calm. Always enjoy my time spent at comfort Inn. Staff is always professional and always show courtesy.

The only issue I always have is-the bed pillows. It’s the only thing I would change. They seem to be uncomfortable. Very difficult to sleep on. Other than that the hotel stay is awesome

This is my second recent stay here and the room and environment was nice and clean. The rooms are always nice and cozy. The beds are very comfortable. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend for my boyfriend and I and we were able to do just that in this nice calm and quiet environment.

The pool could have been cleaner and tasted like salt water with a strong chlorine smell. The hot tub was still broken from when I came 6 weeks ago. Checkout time isn’t until 12 but the maid knocked at 10:30 waited about 10 seconds and walked in on my boyfriend and I. We were both undressed and he was getting the bed to go answer the door when she walked in.

The breakfast was good. The eggs were the best I’ve had at a hotel. They had a waffle muffin machine which was a great addition. I enjoyed the breakfast experience for sure.

The cleaning staff did not clean my room or get me any of the requests I made such as new sheets for my bed or extra pillows like I asked for.
