Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites Stockbridge-Atlanta I-75, an IHG Hotel

The property was great, staff were helpful and responsive. Great size room for our family, comfortable beds and nice breakfast in the morning.

Very few and minor issues. We had a long drive that day, and the parking lot was full. Had to park around back and come in a side door - my key worked, but the door was stuck. Thankfully someone was one the inside and was able to open it for me. The only other issue was that we had a double Queen suite to sleep 6, but our room was not equipped with linens for that many people. We needed additional towels and bedding, but we were able to call down and pick those up quickly.

The staff and the facility was great! It had great food for breakfast as well. The receptionist at the desk gave us an extended time for checkout. Awesome hotel and we will return!

There was a group there for a funeral and it was really loud. My family and I tried to go swimming however the kids took over the pool and the water was way too cold. It was disappointing because we were really looking forward to being in the pool for spring break!

I would’ve never thought that it was so nice inside until i actually booked and went there. I feel like the only problem you would have is the room wouldn’t be ready but don’t give them a hard time because the wait is worth it. Didn’t get to experience the heated pool but i did get to go to burger theory and the food was amazing and the drinks were even better. ill give this place a 9/10 i Have no complaints.

I traveled from Rock Hill, SC to Stockbridge, GA for a funeral. The staff was amazing. They were very sympathetic to my reason for being there and were super hospitable! I will definitely stay at this location when I visit family in Stockbridge.

There was nothing to complain about. I was there for several days and have nothing bad to say about anything! Will definitely stay there again.

It's a great location. Easy access to restaurants, stores and the highway. The hotel is also really nice. The layout is great and rooms are spacious.

Not enough parking. Feels dangerous having to park in a dark area and then having to walk in alone. The first day we didn't want the room cleaned, but left the sign off the door the following days. The room wasn't cleaned. Also, asked for new towels 3x and never received them.

Friendly environment-

That we were scam - somebody contacted our hotel phone saying some about a issue / w system .. so when i ask the desk clerk .. a answer wasn’t really given .. also the shower head was broken they had to go come fix , the Micro wave didn’t work properly nor did the coffee maker

The room was very clean (and I’m pretty particular) and smelled fresh.

Our room didn’t have hot water which was really crappy not being able to take a good shower after traveling all day. I did call the front desk and was told due to the construction going on, the tanks may have been messed with and to give it 15 minutes and try again. After several hours of waiting on it to get hot we just went to bed.

Great location and great staff

The floor in my room was soaking wet. I stayed in a disability room because I came to see my nephew at Sheppard Hospital and I didn't know if he and his family my come to stay with me. The water from the shower soaked the carpet at the entrance.

The staff is incredible! They were very congenial and very informative!! Such a warm welcome that makes me want to only choose this hotel when I'm in the area!!!!

We loved the hot tub in the room. The pool was clean and we had so much fun. Great location.The breakfast was good. Next time we will bring the kids. We will be back.

The walls were stripped in the hallway as if to be painted. They had a sign to excuse the work.
