The staff were really pleasant and informative, if I had any questions they were more than happy to assist. The rooms were clean and the room attendants made sure I had supplies daily such as towels and toiletries.
There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the hotel stay, if there was one thing I could suggest it would be for other restaurants to open closer to this hotel. I wish there was a Starbucks in walking distance.

There was one maid that was so sweet, so helpful. Unlike the front desk day shift receptionist.
We did not have enough wash clothes in the room. We called down 3 times and got 3 different responses. Only way we got them was by catching a maid on the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken. The heater kept blowing out cold air.

I chose this hotel for its location and hot tub. However, the hot tub was working, but it wasn't at the regular temperature of hot.

Location was very clean, and close for my needs. The hotel property was up to date as was the facilities. The staff was friendly. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast had a good selection, seating area was plentiful
