Fairfield Inn & Suites Burley

Right after I booked our room I called and asked if we could get a room on the top floor. Becky was very nice and made a note. When we arrived our room was given to someone else the night before so they upgraded us to a suite. Thank you Becky. The room was nice and big. Had a king bed, two TVs, and a sofa sleeper. The bathroom was big. The hotel is great. Nice and clean. Breakfast was good. The pool was nice. I would definitely stay here again 🙂

Right now their location. Burley is doing road work and trying to navigate their road construction was a little awkward.

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, always smiling. Room was very comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. We stayed seven nights. There was ample closet space and drawers for all of our clothes and accessories. The bathroom had plenty of counterspace for both of our stuff. We enjoyed breakfast every morning before going out. There was a book in the room that provided all the informotion we needed on restaurants, stores and activities in the area. All in all, it was very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We will definitely be back.

Everything was squeaky clean and lovely. Breakfast was very good. The shower was exceptional!. The room size perfect for a single traveler.

I stayed on a Sunday night and it wasn’t crowded, so pretty quiet. But still able to hear sounds from adjoining rooms

80 amp EV charging station, great location, awesome water pressure (after figuring out how to turn on the tricky faucet), firm bed was comfortable, cleanliness, friendly staff

Although there were several options for breakfast, it wasn't our favorite. The coffee, especially, was not good at all.

Getting on wifi was not simple, and took almost an hour to figure out. I work with computers all the time. If you went with a wifi that required a password it would have been more simple then the free option that required you scan through the Fairfield not straightforward way to click a button and have wifi. If you do not get it correct the first time, you cannot get on the internet at all.

Cleanliness and guest service are #1 for us and Marriott hit it out of the park! Staff and room were excellent - no complaints. THIS is why we stay at Marriott properties! Accommodations and property were very well cared for.

We have ZERO complaints.

Indoor pool was a big hit with my kids. Was an easy check-in / check out. Room was great and comfy. Really good Mexican restaurant walking distance away.

Breakfast buffet - there was a fellow guest who was coughing and hacking quite a lot, unmasked where the food was. Result of that was my family didn't want to eat. Would be nice if staff see this, they kindly ask the person chronically coughing to exit the food area until they stop coughing. In these covid times, it is not safe to allow unmasked coughing where food is.

This hotel was clean, reasonably priced and offered a good breakfast. The staff were pleasant and it's in a good location near the freeway but tucked in far enough to be very quiet.

The air conditioner was quite loud but did it's job so that was okay.

Checking in was a breeze with the gal doing registration, totally organized. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated. I definitely would stay here again if I were ever in the area.

Breakfast was amazing, your choice from hot to cold, fruit to muffins not to mention a waffle bar! The staff was super friendly. It was very clean and convenient. I will definitely book here again.
