Super 8 by Wyndham Heyburn

Well from the last time I stayed with super 8 they didn't have a dining room and so guests had breakfast in the little foyer area. But now they have a place where more people can sit have there breakfast and mingle with other guests

That when I tried to pay for my room in Cash I was told I would need an extra $250.00 for a deposit if I didn't use a credit card well I got 2 rooms I didn't have any extra $500.00 to put down as a deposit plus the room charge. Yes they did say I would get it back up on check out but why bother with all that? I had to break down and use my credit card when I really didn't want to. So I am very disappointed in that aspect.

Wonderful staff -- receptionist tried very hard on the phone to help us locate the hotel. Staff was very helpful in assisting us with accommodations -- first floor room; luggage cart, convenient parking. The hotel was very clean with wonderful breakfast.

We had extreme difficulty finding the hotel which was listed as Burley, ID (not Heyburn). Consequently, we drove around for almost 40 minutes trying in vain to find the hotel, using two GPS's and going the wrong way down unpaved streets. The receptionist was relatively new to the area; however, she tried very hard to assist us. It wasn't until we almost gave up that we found a local patron in a nearby service station that told us where the hotel was. Please advise visitors to look up directions under Heyburn, not Burley.

Clean, comfortable, great staff and good, full breakfast...hot and cold cereals, toast, make your own waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurts and all the fixins'. VERY comfortable room and bed!

A little spendy but what isn't these days? I was fine with the location but some may find it a little isolated or remote. It was quiet even being right off the interstate. Big truck stop right next to it. Easy access to interstate and Burley.

The breakfast was good. The room was a good size and the refrigerator had a small freezer in it. The hotel is right off the freeway and the town of Burley is just over the bridge on the other side of the freeway. The staff at the front desk was great!

I like my bed just a little softer than what this bed was. There needed to be more plug ins. When you have several devices that you need to charge, you may want to bring a floor power strip.

I always stay when I am visiting burley. They are always friendly. Jamie is exceptional absolute favorite.

I didn't like that we had to be out by noon or get charged another night weather we stay or not. My mom had just got out of hospital is on oxygen and I needed help moving everything out of room but my son didn't make it till about 11:55 and they wouldn't give us any more time to get out so we ended up having to stay another night.

Room was super clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and well taken care of. I love that it was open later than most facilities. Breakfast was good, however. No one makes enough eggs. Lol. Overall, very happy with our stay. Will definitely put them on my list for the future.

Beds were comfortable, rooms were exceptionally clean. I was very pleased with the housekeeping quality. Perfect stop for my little family. Thank you!

Only downsides to my wonderful stay was the shower; the water faucet seemed to have difficulty with getting a warm setting. It was either cold or a hair under scalding hot. Actually took a shower sitting on the floor... and I didn’t physically check out, so I apologize for not mentioning it to front desk in the am. 😅 Also the wall outlets were a bit too loose from use... A quick fix by maintenance and this stay would be 10/10. #328

Everything was excellent, staff, cleanliness. Room was comfortable and met all of my need. The thing I liked best was that breakfast bar was open at 4am. Was able to have coffee and breakfast before my day started. Loved that perk of staying at Super 8. Will stay there again and shop that chain before looking at other places to stay when I travel.

The breakfasts at Super 8 motels was a surprising improvement. Thank you! The room had very good insulation- thus we did not have to listen to outside noises.

Slightly better signage to navigate around the gas station that is located in front of the motel.

easy access lots of parking. very well maintained property. loved the soap dispensers (wish there was one next to the sink.) the staff was amazing! Nancy went above and beyond for us! the Continental breakfast tasted great. coffee was good.

there was only one bathroom in the lobby.
