Wood River Inn & Suite

- Very nice renovated hotel - Pool, hot tub, and lobby were very nice - Games in lobby - Ski lockers - Area to wax your skis - We had a rental car with no scraper. They had ice scrapers to borrow - Superb breakfast. Rises above typical hotel breakfast. Great cinnamon rolls and breakfast burritos! - Had a lot of nice artwork throughout the property. - This is not a chain. Hotel had a lot of character.

- Stubbed our toes about 50 times on the bed legs - One of the kitchen/breakfast staff seemed super grumpy all of the time

I have stayed here years ago with my dog prior to his surgery. Glad they are pet freindly 1st floor. The property is very nice and clean. Zao 75 sushi restaurant is just down the block. Will stay again.

Every thing is great right down to the Yoga mats and stretch bands in the room. But seriously, Folgers coffee in the breakfast bar???? Room coffee wasn't stocked well either. Not enough for my wife and I to have a cup each. I went down the street to get some good coffee. There are a lot of good coffee options out there that dont have to be Strabucks.

Room was comfortable, reasonably sized with nice bathroom, toiletries, fridge and coffee service. Indoor pool and hot tub were excellent and in a very attractive setting. The breakfast was exceptional with hot entree items, cereals, juices and fresh fruit. Staff were very friendly.

The air in the lobby was a bit warm, a little stuffy with added fragrance. The room was a comfortable temperature and fragrance- free.

The bikes are complimentary, the rooms are comfortable while breakfast is included. The Art Work is a lovely touch and adds a touch of sophistication.

The breakfast line can be a bit slow as only one gal was servicing the guests. I think that since Covid is basically over, the establishment can go back to self serve. but, this is not a big deal by any means.

This place is amazing. Everyone is so nice. There was an entire buffet style breakfast, and the servers were extremely helpful. The hotel is very clean and has a laundry station for convenience. And our room was huge and roomy. Exactly what we needed after traveling. I'll definitely recommend and stay again in the future.

Very well appointed and good value for the Wood River valley for a hotel room. Easy location right on the main road that goes through Hailey.

The check in person at the front desk seemed a bit put out about having to check us in. But the staff running the free breakfast were great and more than made up for it.

Although there was a bit of a line to check in at 4:10 pm, the person at the front desk treated each person cheerfully and with a welcoming smile. Even having to say the same shpiel over and over, he was pleasant and sincere. The room was very comfortable, and the whole property was immaculately clean. In Hailey, it is walking distance to Albertson's and restaurants, and to the river

The room and staff were amazing! We were so surprised to find a doggie bed and food/water bowls in the room! The beds were comfy and the whole room was very upscale! And there was no smell of previous animals in the room! LOVED the Keurig! And a dark makeup washcloth! I hate white ones! I always feel bad getting makeup on them! Great job Wood River!

That we couldn't leave our dog in the room by himself at all, not even for a short time. So we were unable to go swimming or out to dinner as a family. Oh, and there were only body towels in the bathroom and a makeup wash cloth, no shower washclothes

The hotels location was perfect for our needs. Our family of about 20 attending a celebration of 2 lives. breakfast was good. But, it really needed 2 servers. The one guy had his hands full with a long line of hungry guests.

One male front desk person wasn’t as friendly or helpful as all the other staff I dealt with. I needed to check in early as my sister wasn’t feeling well. He noted check in was at 4. I then asked if I could call later to see if a room was ready? he said he’d call my cell but he never did. I came back at 3 and he and the other clerk were already checking several guests in. A very happy & helpful young lady checked me in. I chose to ignore the earlier sub-standard experience for this rating. But I did mention it to Michael the night front desk manager.

huge room very nice hotel friendly staff

we were told that we could have breakfast early, at 6:30 AM. the next AM, we arrived, and the receptionist knew nothing about this promise, and the kitchen staff were unable to open early. the evening receptionist basically knew that an early breakfast was not going to happen, and she wasn’t scheduled to be there to deal with her empty promise.
