Knob Hill Inn

Breakfast was very good, but the layout isn't perfect. The buffet is quite nice with fruits, yogurt, granola, porridge, a revolving special pastry, juices and champagne available. Eggs and other hot items can be ordered as desired. Service can be spotty. I think there was short staffing on Sunday morning. Items on buffet weren't replenished, napkins and cutlery not always available and the hot water canister was out of service. The hot items are well done and in generous portions. Breakfast is definitely a good bonus of the overall nightly charge.

Replenishing of buffet items can be spotty. Making sure each table has salt and pepper. Additional remarks can be found above in Number 3.

Grounds were kept and rooms were clean. front desk staff was extremely friendly and pleasant! House keepers were also very nice! The snacks and beverages in the hallways were awesome!

I honestly thought the breakfast would be a little better. They asked for a room number to order eggs bacon etc. so we were under the impression you had to pay for this?? We thought it was a free continental. Additionally, the bartender working the evening of 10/8 was extremely overwhelmed and rude. We showed up at 9:30 and he snapped at us that he was supposed to be closed 45 minutes ago so if we wanted to order a drink we needed to hurry up. Everyone at the bar just kind of looked at him and then us. He had a bar full of people and it was very clear he didnt want to be there. Not a great experience, but didnt want to leave a review based off of him alone.

This is a great, boutique hotel on the edge of downtown Ketchum. Great restaurant/ bar frequented by many locals. Would certainly stay again.

Seems to be a hub for locals wanting a nice dinner, seems you need reservations as a guest each night. It’s on the edge of downtown, may be a bit far for some to walk, especially in winter.

The staff was so nice and friendly made me and my boyfriend feel so comfortable and welcomed! Really loved their car service was always readily available to take us to the mountain or dinner reservations. The included breakfast was always delicious and fresh. We really appreciated how late the inclusive breakfast was as well, didn't feel like we had to rush to get down. The location of the hotel was great! Not too far from town or the mountains. Overall, very famously place to stay and would recommend to anyone!

Knob Hill has clearly hired friendly, hard woking people and has trained them exceptionally well. They could not possibly be more friendly and helpful. Ketchum is an odd town relative to most ski resorts where there is no ski in/out option anywhere. That being said the hotel shuttle service was always available and prompt. The restaurant was outstanding breakfast and dinner only). The airport shuttle was ideal. Great town, great hotel!

This was one of the best hotel experiences ever. We received a complimentary upgrade on arrival to a spacious suite. We were driving a Tesla and staff made sure we had access to their charging station. Reagan, the evening clerk on the desk, was particularly special. Breakfast is served to order from a choice of five items plus a special. Staff went out of their way to be helpful on every detail. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully landscaped. Properly is close to but not in town, making a walk into town easy without the hassle of a lot of traffic. Hotel has an on-demand shuttle into town as well.

There really isn't anything to criticize. If you visit when the restaurant is serving outdoors, the rooms on that side of the property are a bit noisy during dinner which can run until 10:00.

Our room was very spacious, beautifully appointed and exceptionally clean. We loved having some private outdoor space since we were only staying for a single night. The breakfast offerings were top notch.

I can't think of anything negative to say about this property.

The staff at the Knob Hill Inn were excellent. Warm, friendly, and very helpful. They made us feel right at home. The small touches that count, snack bags in the hall after a long day of skiing. I would highly recommend staying at the Knobb Hill Inn.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like about our stay.

The staff were all so sweet & attentive. We loved the room & comfortable bed. We thought all the little thoughtful touches were wonderful. (Cookies at the desk, trail mix packages, water bottles & fresh daily water, free snack & drinks in the breakfast room fridge). The variety of delicious breakfast choices were delicious. The free shuttle to town & back was nice too.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We felt welcome from the time we walked into the Inn. We forgot something in the room when we were checking out and the Inn just mailed our items to us without any problems. Furthermore, the food was excellent and the room simply fantastic! We will definitely return.

There was nothing not to like.
