Hilton Garden Inn Twin Falls

I like my stay. The room was clean and orderly. There was a desk, good chair, television with a set of drawers below it, the closet had a nice rack of wire drawers, the bathroom was clean and put together with shampoos and soaps plenty of towels and the water was nice and warm when it was supposed to be. The bed was comfortable, the alarm clock wasn't too bright, there's a coffee station with coffee pods and coffee maker, and a small mini fridge. While I like everything I just wrote above didn't spend enough time in the room to really engage in all of those things. I only stayed one night but I would go back to the same hotel.

For some reason around 8:00pm there was a lot of background noise in the building during my stay. For some reason the bathroom door kept closing and so if you turned around after you walked out and tried to walk back into the bathroom you could walk right into the door.

The help from the front desk - they did not have our reservation from Booking.com - researched for 20 - 30 minutes and finally reserved a room for us. they worked very hard to assist us. Not sure why they did not get our info.

We did not like that the motel did not get the information from Bookings - it was a Saturday and we may not have been able to get a room - luckily we tried to check in early and there were still rooms available

Fast easy checking, very quiet room bed was very comfortable

It snowed over night and salt was put down but it was so cold so when the ice melted on the walk way was super slippery and I fell really hard, I was heading to my pain Dr at the time which was a relief.

The breakfast was amazing!

Check out was at 11 the cleaning people knocked on our door at 9:30am. When checkout isn't until 11am I do expect to stay there until that time not have to leave early.

Very comfortable room and bed for a one night stay. Front desk staff was friendly

No free breakfast, but we appreciated the fact that the Cafe was still open for a bite to eat when we arrived.

This was the perfect place to stay when snow derailed our roadtrip. The food was affordable and delicious, hotel rooms were clean and spacious, staff members were warm and welcoming. Particularly thankful for Michelle and Danielle for being especially welcoming and kind during a rough time on our trip. I became a loyal Hilton member after this experience.

Nothing to complain about in regards to the Hilton. Only annoyance were other travelers not wearing mask. Please wear a mask in public spaces!

Very pleased with the facility, but more importantly, happy with the service from the staff, especially with Amelia making the arrangements for the surprise birthday party I hosted for my daughter. Everything turned out well. The staff was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Thanks.

No coffee/water 24 hours, like most places these days.

Comfortable bed, room was stocked with the main essentials. Staff was very friendly and responsive at all hours. Location was good too.

Great staff, breakfast was good too. The pool area was well maintained, but the pool restroom facility was dirty- the rim of the commode in the womens restroom showed that it hadn't been cleaned in a few days. The shower in my room took a while to drain too. They charged me adult price for my daughter's breakfast.

The hotel is clean and quiet and convenient to restaurants, etc.

I find it ridiculous to pay over $200 for a one night stay anywhere in Twin Falls. Then to have to pay for breakfast on top of that was too much. It's a very nice hotel but it and all of the nice hotels in that area are overpriced. I guess it's just another sign of the times.

Clean, beds are very comfortable. Rooms are arranged nicely with ample space. Wish we planned to stay another night. will stay here again. Be sure to go to the Black Bear Diner. the food and decor is spot on. 👍
