Holiday Inn Twin Falls, an IHG Hotel

Very clean & spacious room, great facilities with pool and gym available. Friendly staff and modern accommodation.

Location was good for Shoshone falls but a bit far out of the town if you need to be close to town however there are lots of facilities, shops / restaurants etc right by the hotel.

During our recent hotel stay, we were blown away by the wonderful hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming (that’s you Kathleen!) friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to answer my questions, offer recommendations, and gave us exceptional hospitality. Their warmth and genuine care made us feel right at home, and we can't wait to come back to this hotel for another fantastic experience. Hats off to the amazing hotel staff!

Sadly the pool was overly chlorinated during our stay…

The staff was friendly and helpful. I believe the front desk clerk was Becky. She was so helpful and got us in early. She was extremely helpful our whole stay. We were in a auto accident our second day and Becky gave us a map and showed us where the car rental was and the quick care clinic. She was very concerned about us.

The amount of times I had to use the key just to get water out of the weight room when I was using the hot tub. 🤣No I wasn't really upset about this. It was humorous.

After a very long drive from California, the hotel met all our expectations, the front desk staff was very nice. The room was clean, and the bed/pillows were amazing!!! The Hilton chain of hotels have never disappointed. The only downside was that there was no breakfast at this particular hotel, but that was OK.

Absolutely nothing. Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable.

Everything was great. When I looked at review it shows a frown. Not sure how, I never entered one.

Rooms were spotless, beds very comfortable, full breakfast was very good and quick. Would stay again.

The room was very clean and seemed like it had just been remodeled. It was also really large and had great AC during the heat wave!

I wish this hotel offered some free breakfast for the price.

First of all, this place is really clean and neat. The receptionist seemed really friendly and nice. The king room we got is really big for the price and it doesn’t make you feel contained in a room like most hotels. We decided to extend and rest coz it’s really comfortable. I commend their restaurant “Duke’s Grille”, you won’t regret ordering their food it’s YUM☺️: I will recommend you try the porkchop with apple bbq sauce for dinner and hunter’s chicken dish. They have room service which is very convenient, total R&R after our very long trip. They also have laundromat which is great so I don’t have to carry dirty clothes on our way home. They have other amenities like gym and pool. This is by far the best budget hotel you won’t regret. Holiday Inn Twin Falls thank you!

The food at Duke's Grill was great and the price was right, both Breakfast and Dinner!! We had the Citrus Grilled Salmon and Apple Barbecue Pork Chop for dinner and Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy, we regret not eating every meal here. Their water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system and chilled in bottles until served! The Staff is amazing, you will be taken care of!! It was wonderful to watch the regular customers come in the staff knew them by name and genuinely cared about them!! We are guests at the hotel just passing through but when we come back to Idaho we will return to Duke's!! The locals that don't know about Duke's are missing out! Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable, we will definitely stay here again!!

The pool was indoors and it was open, which is hard to find this summer. The beds were comfortable, fridge and microwave were clean and worked well. The room was spacious with lots of storage. Quiet air conditioner too. Perfect place to stag when traveling with kids. The diner looked delicious and kids eat free was great to hear, but we didn’t have a chance to eat there. Close to a lot of fast food choices and restaurants.

I wish the snack shop had more options in the fridge/freezer section, they only had a few ice cream choices. Some beverage choices and meat/cheese snacks would have been nice. The tub drain plug didn’t close all the way so I had to get creative to give our child a bath.

No free Breakfast...IHG points were not applied to our stay because we used our cell phone while traveling and did not know there was an IHG app; therefore we ended up booking through Booking.com. We now have the IHG app thanks to the desk clerk and will use it from now on. I am very disappointed this stay will not apply towards our IHG points. Please reconsider awarding us IHG points.s
