Holiday Inn Express Hotel Twin Falls, an IHG Hotel

We absolutely loved the pool, the hours of the pool, the cleanliness of the pool. Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the rest we needed. The staff was professional, kind and courteous. We did not stay long enough to have breakfast, but the location was perfect and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. It was an added bonus to find Costco gas close by.

The remote control to my TV didn’t work very well but it wasn’t a big deal because we spent any extra time we had in the pool. These soap dispensers in the bathroom didn’t work very well and needed to be refilled.

I travel thru town 4-6 times a year...I stay at this property religiously for the last 5-6 years..I LOVE THE HOT TUB HOURS (LATE 4 ADULTS) but the last two times I have stayed there the hot tub either is out of service or this last visit the switch and the jets did not work efficiently. After driving several hours there is nothing more than I want to do before retiring is taking a nice long hot tub to relax me and retire for the evening....

They clean the room every morning. The shower water felt soft, which was great for my sensitive skin. Thermostat+room insulation was really efficient. I could leave the heater on for 30 minutes, then turn it off for the night & sleep in continuous warmth. The location is what really made this such a brilliant place. It's next to a bunch of shops and healthy restaurants, plus its within walkable distance to much of Blue Lakes Blvd, so I didn't have any issues with purchasing what I needed or finishing quick errands. The front desk lady was marvellous. Calm & informative. Neither too much nor too little. Really enjoyed being here.

Nothing really. I was comfortable, which is all I can ask for.

Clean hotel. Great location. Breakfast is good. Rooms are great and very comfortable with great WiFi connections. The staff was ok, quite busy and didn’t do much except the gentleman who brought towels and toiletries to our room because the cleaners had left without cleaning our room. But the female at the front desk was not helpful. Overall the room was great and fantastic location to the Falls and the city market and other restaurants and attractions.

Better cleaners who do not forget to clean the rooms.

Hotel was nice and rooms were spacious and nice.

Compared to the Hampton Inn, Wells, NV, we stayed at on the return trip, the Holiday Inn Express in Twin Falls, was twice the price and nothing to offer for the difference in price. I thought it was way too expensive but I had already made reservations and didn't cancel as it was in the right location for our journey on to Yellowstone National Park.

Hotel was close to markets and Shoshone Falls. The hotel had a pool, small gym, hot tub and breakfast. Room was clean and had wifi and free parking. They also have a coin operated laundry.

Price was high for a one night stay. We were driving through the area, but most hotels were around the same price for the night. I am not sure why it is so expensive for a smallish town.

Salt water pool. Big rooms. Check-in and Check-out staff were great.

The girl who came to fix our tv acted like it was a real bother for her. She did resolve the issue so that was good.

I only stayed for one night, but it was very nice, if not on the expensive side. The room was clean and comfortable with plenty of room. I had a room with two queen beds and the space around the room was great! The bathroom was exceptionally clean, which I appreciate a lot, and even the mirror was spotless. Although I don't eat breakfast, the selection looked good and the way it was lined up was organized and neat. There are plenty of restaurants and other shops around the area as well.

It was a little expensive, but I did book a room that was meant for 4 people, so I can understand. The coffee was ok, but there was plenty of it, which is most important, of course! It was a bit out of the way from the freeway and if you are just passing through, it takes more time to get to the freeway then desired on a long road trip.

the staff here are so amazing!!! they went above and beyond for us and were so kind and accommodating. this hotel is amazing. they have everything. they had swim diapers and baby floaties for the pool, even extra headphones for the gym if you forgot yours! 10/10 recommend staying here! not to mention their breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve had!

The room was as expected. Clean and functional as Holiday Inn Express's are. It was almost the same layout as the one in Lander Wyoming.

The only disappointment, one that the hotel really has no control over. We were wakened at 7:00 by trucks delivering to the chain stores across the parking lot. The constant back up beeping went on for about a half an hour. We would have slept longer as we had arrived late at night. Long day drive.
