very very good. variety! great coffee machine. 24 hrs., also cappuccino, but get ride of the ants on counter. Great style on furnishing and colours.

safety rails on hot top to get in and out. Instruction posted on how to use jets and safety. the height of water for jets before being turned on. slippery when wet! when you hold the door open with the door bar so you don't lock yourself out, you don't have a metal plate to protect the door from dings FYI! I stayed 2 nights/ get a $50.00 gift card. Wasn't explained correctly to me. The person wasnt informed "male" of the rules, I spent 2 nights within a week, but not booked at same time. so I didn't get it. started my 2nd night off very badly. left a bad taste.

The bedding was extremely comfortable and clean. We were very happy with the channels available on cable and the availability of desk workers. There were a couple times that we called for new towels or linen and the staff was very quick to supply the replacements. (Bathtub was also big enough for two people to fit)

I unfortunately did cross paths with one of the cleaners there, as I was getting off the elevator, who then followed me to the vending machine area and was insistent on exchanging phone numbers even after telling him that I am in a relationship. He then remembered me and made it a point to say hi and how glad he was to see me again the next day as I was leaving my room which did feel a little creepy.

Overall the property is clean but the first stay there were little gnats in the bathroom. This time when we arrived the entrance to the room and bathroom floor had debris on it. And, the toilet didn’t seem like it had been cleaned. As well as the large mirror. But the staff was amazing and very polite,helpful and always very willing to make the stay great.

This location has been nicely updated. The staff was friendly and helped us extend our visit by an additional day. I love the furniture and layout of the rooms, especially the headboards with the built in side table/lamps.

There was a lack of water pressure and proper temperature while showering. This seems to be pretty typical for most hotels. Additionally, our toilet handle needed to be held down to help it flush properly.

Did not partake of the breakfast while there this time! But have enjoyed what they offer on a previous stay!

They had an episode with the elevator quitting while we were there! Otis Elevators was called by the Hotel and was there first thing Monday morning to take care of the matter! The staff at this hotel could not have been any more helpful in any way! Thet bent over backward to make sure that we had a good experience! Would and will stay there again in the future!!!!!!!

Great location. As two single girls traveling we felt very safe. Everything looked nice an updated and felt very clean!

No stairs inside. The only staircase lead outside and the elevator was pretty sketchy. Elevators make me nervous already but we had conversations with several guests who also were uneasy about the elevator.

We were greeted and made to feel welcome. The room was clean  the bed was comfortable. The room needs to have a fan in the bathroom.

It was freezing cold in my room 69°. Every time I try to put it up to like 75 it will go right back down to 69 so I had to shut it off and have no air at all.

Great value for price. A little tight to move in. Sofa in the corner had nothing to put a drink on to. Outstanding for one or two night stay. VERY clean though I chuckled because we had 5 little bottles of shampoo but no conditioner or lotion. Would definitely stay here again. These are minor things though. Staff very friendly. This is my new "go to" in B-N.

a little hard to get too. Google Maps directions were horrible trying to find it starting in downtown Bloomington.

Good location. Reception area was very nice and clean.

Elevators weren’t conveniently located. The first “key” wouldn’t unlock the door, so we had to go back to the front desk and we were switched to a different room. Upon checking out, she looked at the original room number and checked that room out. I noticed the mistake, and told her the right room number.

I loved the location and close by shopping and entertainment and eating!

I think it was a little over-priced, considering the maintenance was noticeable, and the elevator was past its expiration date on inspection and service.
