Comfort Suites Bloomington I-55 and I-74

I had the best night's sleep. The bed was absolutely heavenly. Never have I rested as well as I did this particular night. Room was quiet and very comfortable.

Breakfast was below my expectations. It seemed to be late getting all the food out. For a traveler it is imperative the breakfast be ready at 6 if that is the stated time. When I arrived at the room, shortly after 6 the room was nearly full.

The breakfast was good. We had several options. Kept the foods refilled. Great staff

The air conditioner wasn't cooling very well. Unfortunately, the fan doesn't run continually. The compressor and the fan constantly woke us and the kids up through the night. Also the sofa bed needs updating. Old and very uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was nice and clean. I could tell they were working on some updates. The pool was closed. We paid 161.28 for a quick 1 night stay over during travel.

The staff were all helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the kitchen staff to the manager. I had a small problem with the door lock for my room; and the manager personally escorted me back to my room and addressed the problem within minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable and the bed and pillows were really nice.

My wife had just had hip surgery so we needed a room with a higher toilet and a king bed. Peggy who was at the desk when we arrived, got us a first floor room meeting all these requirements. Yay, Peggy!

breakfast was good; plenty of seating

The first room we were assigned hadn't yet been cleaned. We were quickly switched to a different room, however, that was just as close to our second room. The staff was very accommodating.

Everything was good with the exception of the air conditioning. I was tempted to ask for a different room but it was late and we had small children with us.

Air conditioning did not work very good.

The front desk staff was awesome. Very friendly and accomodating. Liked the hallway configuration with indented doorways Bathroom was great. Large mirror and counter and the lighting was awesome! Liked being able to sit on sofa to watch TV. Bed was very comfortable

Breakfast, but understandable during covid Light outside our room(#118) was brutal! Had to put towel under curtains and prop something against edge to get curtain edge closer to wall

the woman who greeted us, Melissa, was extremely helpful and made certain everything was to our satisfaction.

I wish the breakfast lasted until 10 a.m. -- I'm not an early riser.

I needed a room for a university visit and this was a wonderful choice. The bed was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast was as advertised. It is not as close to campus as some others but the stay was worth it and I will be back!

Seems newer. Clean. Very nice. Comfy beds. really soft sheets. Friendly staff. Outside pool. Close to restaurants. We went about a half mile down the road to Marcus theater.
