Quality Inn Bolingbrook I-55

The front desk staff was excellent & very accommodating. The original room we received had an unpleasant odor. The front desk lady immediately changed our room only s few doors down. Although we went from a King Bed to two Queens it was not a problem & I appreciated the concern for our comfort.

We had looked forward to using the Jacuzzi but it was shut down due to restrictions still imposed. We were told the normal breakfast was changed to a pickup & go with limited items but when going to pick up in the morning the ladies working in the area said there was no pick up and go (I suspect they may not have understood the question as it appeared their English was limited).

The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The bed was excellent. I didn’t experience any back pain! (I have lower back issues)

Was disappointed they didn’t have hot breakfast at this time.

Nice quiet room available to sleep good during my travels. Front desk host was very nice. Ice available during a couple days where the outside temp was in the 90's and humid. Information available about local food options.

Only bad thing was the room carpet looked good, but was dirty on top. Ruined a pair of white socks which got dirty walking around only for one night. Room carpets need to be steam cleaned. Other than that no complaints everything else was good service.

The first room I received was filled with men's cologne being that I have Sinus Problem I couldn't take the smell so one of your staff which was a female a accommodated me with a better room

You am not a fan of waffles wish there would have been fresh fruit I.e. bananas, grapes, apples would be a perfect easy addition. Our check in clerk was so hospitable, helpful and kind. Wonderful employee.

nobody bothered us the whole2 days....the people at the lobby (we met 3 different people there) ,behind the counter were all super nice and approachable

couple of the pillows were a little smelly so we just didnt used them.s...i was bitten a couple times by something...but not a biggie .overall,it was a pleasant stay

Everything was clean the bed was great we missed breakfast because we slept so well

No complaints the night before we stayed at la Quinta and Willowbrook and it was horrible

Close to where I needed to be. Front desk was very friendly and went over everything with me

Snow had not been cleared very well in the morning. But it was a big snow storm so I understand

The facility was clean and the young woman that checked us in had excellent customer service skills. I’m sorry I don’t remember her name.

Location was fine. It was close to the relatives we were visiting.

My wife was upset that the swimming pool was closed.
