Everyone was very nice and helpful. A special 'shout out' to Neel. She was especially friendly and always had a great smile. We were always greeted each time we came in or went out by everyone. The housekeeping staff was also very efficient. I didn't know this was an extended stay type of facility which was not a problem, because each time we needed towels, toilet paper or clean bowls we got them right away. The hotel was very quiet and even though we were by the elevator, we never heard any noise whatsoever.

Wish the pool could have been open. Would have liked a few more hot items for breakfast. I liked the mini omelets and they were often out of them. (cause they were good!)

We loved the suite. It was perfect for our family of six. The staff was fantastic, very kind and informative. The entire hotel was clean and in good condition.

The only down side was their pool was closed for cleaning during our stay, well it was ready to go just being held up by inspection. This was very frustrating as the pool was a big reason we booked this hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The lobby had plenty of space for several groups of guests to use.

The breakfast had run out and was not refilled in time for us to eat any. Several guests were waiting for food and there was still at least an hour left in the service.

The lobby was very clean & so were the hallways & rooms. The staff was very friendly & I like the little store option.

I didn’t like the fact that the first room I got had a broken flat screen tv & if I wouldn’t have said anything I would’ve probably gotten charged for it. Then we got switch to a different room & then we found a towel that was dirty with a stain on it. The bed sheets & pillows smelled musty & already used so we had to just sleep without any covers. The bed was uncomfortable as well. I got driven to come here because of the good reviews but I’ve been deceived.
