I would have liked to be able to book directly from you instead of having to use booking.com. I am unable to get a senior citizen discount on their site and when I asked the receptionist for it she said they couldn't give it to me . I know it can be done because I have done it in other places so if I had any complaint it is this. Make it so even if a booking site is used, we seniors and veterans can take advantage of any discounts that are available,

The lady who made us breakfast 2 of our 4 mornings. I think she was the manager. Super friendly and fun. Made our day start off with laughter.
We hadn’t used out tv the first 3 days and when went to use it on our last day it didn’t work. The front desk worker refused to come look at it and wanted to give us a new room instead. We didn’t want it to pack all our stuff up to move so we just moved the heavy dresser and rest the cable box ourselves and fixed it. Missed an entire quarter of the super bowl ☹️

In room 213 there are 2 loss USP plugs and the pool and hot tub were under maintenance so we couldn't go in neither

I left my backpack in the room And they were quick to check on it for me. My only complaint is we had to call 3x after booking to see if you had a hot tub. The first two times they said no 😂😂🤣 and we checked the website and I had been there before and was like wait huh.
