The pool is heated and the jacuzzi hot. Everything worked well. I got a refrigerator in my room and there is an ice machine as well.

Breakfast is until 9 am only. So I never attended breakfast during my stay; because they closed much too early for me = and that’s why I only gave a 9. Housekeeping knocked on my door an hour before check out time, although the do not disturb sign was at my door knob.

I'm currently in town bc of truck repairs, I asked for extended stay and got 2 free hrs. I didn't experience any aggressive check out tactics (turning off tv, ac,etc) when the time was wining down ( truly appreciated that). I'll possibly be staying there tonight lol mechanics founds some other issues .⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The room and service far exceeded the experiences we have had in the last few years traveling. The room was a good size, clean, well-appointed. The staff were courteous and prompt to respond to any requests. The breakfast was a good variety, tasty, and well stocked. We stayed during the week, which may explain the great rate - but I would most certainly book this hotel for future trips!

Front desk staff were very pleasantand helpful, continental breakfast was good and comfortable beds. We didn't have time to swim, but pool and hot tub looked nice too.

Great staff, great location, comfortable rooms. However the bathrooms could be cleaner... bathroom doors were peeling apart, grout falling out and stained black, shower leaked and dripped on tub faucet all night. And elevator had a wet musty, smoky, smell. Time for a update on bathrooms, then would be high ratings from us.

Breakfast was delicious just wish it was open longer. Staff was super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows.

Just wish breakfast had been available a bit longer as it was hard to get down there with 2 kids.

We were contacted before our arrival that the Elevator was not operating as it was being maintained. The issue was handled very professionally, and our room was upgraded. VERY Satisfied. The employee responsible for the Breakfast was attentive and responsive, so pleasant to interact with first thing in the morning.

We were not there long enough to find fault.

Loved the staff! They were helpful and courteous. They even greeted us by name when we came in and out.

property was very clean and elegant; comfort of the bed was ok; I have back issues so it’s hard to find a hotel with a bed that is completely comfortable for me. the room had a huge bathroom with a walk-in shower, which was nice.

Really, the only thing I was missing was a hairdryer.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very welcoming. This my second time staying at this location and would recommend it to anyone.

The shower is my only issue from my stay. The hot water did not get hot, and the angle of the shower caused the floor in the shower to get very wet.
