I like that it was quiet and the price reasonable.
I didn't like that I never seen the house cleaners and my room was never cleaned or vacuum. I think they don't checks the rooms before allowing someone else to stay also, my refrigerator and microwave was dirty I did tell the manager no house cleaner came to clean it.
