Paddle Wheel Inn

The room was spacious, and there were 2 sinks. One in the bathroom and one in the room. Perfect for myself and my daughter. The beds were so comfortable!! I have a hard time sleeping in hotels. I actually slept until 7 A.M each morning. I'm usually up by 5:30 or 6. Waking up throughout the night. Not here. The balcony was wonderful. Perfect for sitting out in the evening. The mornings, are so peaceful. Such a glorious view.

No coffee maker in the room. But, I generally bring iced via. Plus, they had fresh coffee and muffins. There is a microwave.

The room was immaculately clean and spacious. The hotel is right next to the river with a restaurant conveniently located next door, a short walk. The food and service at the restaurant were excellent.

The weekend we were there, a family reunion group filled the downstairs sitting area every day. We were a small group of friends and wished we had a space to hang out. A few more tables and chairs in the lounge would have been nice.... or a separate area with tables and chairs by the workout room. Or the option to have a table already set up in one of our rooms would've been nice.

Easy check in and out! But does not take American Express so be aware. Room was clean and I could control the temp. Food nearby was good. Enjoyed the dinner boat ride on the river. Area is beautiful especially in the fall.

TV screen is small. No cup or glass in room so no way to microwave water to make my own tea. I went for tea to next door the restaurant. They only had a favored tea that had “natural favor” added aka chemicals. And the tea bag fell apart in the cup! Please just serve black tea or even better offer green tea. Need more vegetarian / healthy options on menu.

the location was beautiful. quiet, peaceful, clean, plenty of good parking.

the sign said coffee available 24hr but the coffee kegs were empty. when we came back from dinner at 10:30pm the front desk was closed. the door to enter the Inn was open. That meant anyone off the street can enter the property. the restaurant maxson just step away next door was closed all weekend for a private event and no one informed us of this. the front desk just said "we have no afiliation with them". it is obvious that this Inn gets all their business from this restaurant and paddleboat. I just wish their was more honesty

The property is located in a well connected way. Plenty of parking lot. Awesome view to the River Rock. The all-day cofee service and nice people there in front desk. The space is clean. the rooms, bathroom and ammenities also clean. In good standard. For photos and ratings, please see Google maps.

Sometimes the guests on other rooms do not honor the quite environment. So, probably need to recommend more strict measures of silence. Especially when they open the sliding doors to balcony and start yelling after hours. Probably is the most disadvantage one may find due to no front desk manager after 8 pm. Maybe a peccata, or minutiae. Something that can be improved. Other than that, Everything was fine

Really nice location along the river. Enjoyed strolling along the deck outside with free coffee ☕. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Rates were reasonable, and the overall feeling was comfortable.

The wooden decks need outside are great, but need attention. There are many nails protruding and can be a tripping hazard, or a foot injury waiting to happen.

There was no breakfast. The location was incredible. The close-up view of the river and the forest was incredible, The town of Oregon was quaint with plenty of good restaurants, bars, shops and friendly people.

Although it was not a problem when my wife and I stayed for 3 nights, there is no staff overnight. Although there is an emergency phone number, we would have felt more secure had there been a front desk person 24/7.

There was no coffee, breakfast or any amenities. Covid 19 precautions were in place. The Booking was with a promise of river side rooms and this was not true. The disinterested hotel clerk was not interested in the fact that the booking was a lie and he was not concerned that we were VERY UNHAPPY or that the booking agency was promising that. He was a blank face!!!!!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but not what I ordered when I booked.

The man at the desk, whose name I did not write down because he was so blank and uninterested in my complaint or the lie of the booking agency, was a poor representative of this establishment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We were booked as riverside rooms and this was NOT THE CASE and he wasn't even apologetic. It would have been nice if there was a coffee pot in the room since there was no lobby service in the morning. We had to drive several miles to a gas station for coffee.

Great location with beautiful view, friendly staff, very clean and nice morning coffee station.

Enjoyed our experience, can’t say that there is anything we did not enjoy. would prefer four pillows per bed with a selection of thickness and firmness. Suggest updating the room by removing the armoire and replacing with low profile chest for clothing, mounting a larger smart flat screen TV on the wall.

We liked the fact that it was quiet and we loved the room, we had the Jr Suite closing, the room was clean and spacious the staff was friendly and we loved it, all the places to eat weren't far away from paddle Wheel Inn, This place is awesome, and we definetly will be returning and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The internet kept kept going in and out, no movies to watch only basic cable, we had to throw away our own garbage, and the boat tour doesn't operate on weekdays and I was under the impression that the work out room would be open, when I booked my our trip it never said it was closed because of the Pandemic.
