Regal Inn Chicago O'Hare - Franklin Park

The room was very well-presented and included a fridge and microwave oven. The carpark is big and there is enough space to park away from other cars if that's important to you. There is a Denny's across the road and McDonald's a little further.away. The best local attraction is Schiller Woods, a very long woodland area with deer about 10 minutes away by car, or there are quiet suburbs close by if you want to go for a walk.

As is common, the motel rooms face a very busy road which can be noisy, especially if you open the door for ventilation. A somewhat odd but noticeable thing to mention is that the stairs leading to the second floor appear rusty and unsightly, a contrast to the excellent presentation elsewhere.

It was spacious and adequate for our needs. Close to O'Hare The price was reasonable for the Chicago area. Lots of great and reasonable restaurants within a 10 minute drive.

It had the faint smell of smoke. I'm not sure if it was because it had been a smoking room in the past. It was supposed to be non-smoking. Don't expect to do any walking anywhere near the motel. It did not feel particularly safe outside the confines of the motel.

It's not trying to be fancy, but it's a good value for an airport hotel. I didn't arrive by plane, but my friend did. For some reason, the weekend we were there (the weekend before Memorial Day), all the Chicago-area hotels were expensive, compared to other days I considered visiting the area, so we chose this motel. I have to say I was extremely impressed with the fan in the bathroom. The mirror didn't fog up at all during my shower! And there was a lot of storage space in the bathroom, which was helpful for two women sharing a room.

My friend was disappointed there was no coffee maker in the room, but there were plenty of restaurants nearby.

We wanted simple and comfortable accommodation close to the airport for an early morning flight the following day. This hotel met, and exceeded, our expectations. We were allocated a newly refurbished room which was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a modern bathroom. Superb valued for money and we're happy to recommend this hotel to fellow travellers needing easy and quick access to and from the airport.

The hotel is in a great location for accessing Ohare and was ideal for an early morning flight. The staff were helpful at check in and we were lucky enough to be allocated to a recently renovated room which was nice. The room facilities were well maintained and the room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.

The only negative was there was a smoke smell in the indoor corridor outside our room- however it didn’t enter the room.

The location is good if you have a vehicle!. We did walk to the stores though and during the night without safety fears !. It isnt the nicest part of Franklin Park but its fine. We as a young couple had no problems and our room was very clean and house keeping was always done. Tv is great and refrigerator and microwave are helpful !

Maybe just the pot holes at entrance and that's about it !

We experienced friendly service and our room was clean and looked like it had recently been modernised. The bed was comfy and the water was hot. For the price we paid this was an excellent stop for us, with it being close to the airport.

We could hear noise from other rooms, including movement and conversation which did wake us a couple of times during the night.

Jennifer was nice and friendly she gave us everything we ask for always made fresh coffee for us gave us information on cab services and restaurants ..all in all we had a wonderful stay we felt very safe and comfortable I would recommend staying at the Regal Inn at any time in the future 😀

Everything was very good from our maid service to our host .great people ..very helpful and friendly .

Location had lots of food and stores. Price was good. Room layout was nice and pretty spacious. Bed were comfortable. Lots of lights throughout the room

My room was right up the stairs and near a trashcan\cigarette ash tray. Could smell the smoke everytime the AC kicked on. Internet was slow and disconnected multiple times.
