Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago West-O'Hare Arpt Area , an IHG Hotel

Easy to chexk in and out, even as a late checkin. Parking was ample, staff was very nice and friendly. Felt safe and like it was a good area. The breakfast was ok, would have like regular eggs but got cheese omlettes and they were ok. They rest of the breakfast was very good. Clean lobby and breakfast-very clean and neatly Kept. The room was very clean, bathroom was very clean! No signs of wear or anything, it was great! Only complaint was traffic could be heard. Our room faced Manheim Rd and woke up very early to hear either a garbage truck emptying garbage or dump trucks. Woke up at regular time and saw dump trucks passing by in both directions, probably going to and from highway construction, which was very close by. Very busy area. Very close to a few restaurants, target store which was nice. Overall it was great!

Noise from street

The location was great, the breakfast was ok if you eat sausage and pancakes. Need more options could offer instant grits just like the oatmeal. Fruitloop cereal change the breakfast up daily. Great shopping areas near the hotel

I asked the staff why they didn't have boiled eggs and bacon. She stated that it's more expensive. The traffic to get downtown was horrible. There was a bad spot in the chair, and one of the light bulb was out in the restroom. The staff said they was going to change it but it wasn't done. I didn't receive a receipt for my payment onsite.

Free Continental Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Location was good. Kuerig in room with complimentary K Cups. Decent sized fridge in room. Bed was very comfortable.

Hot Tub is permanently closed. Booking.com needs to update their photos and description of property. Curtains were thin and did not block sunlight. No vending machines. Ice Machine on our floor was not working.

The tub needed mats, it was very slippery while taking a shower nothing to hold on .😒 and while registering in, police was there because their was a unwanted Visiter in the building sitting in the hall right next to our room burning insent asking can she take a shower we were Frightening about that so some changes need to be done.

Decent breakfast, clean room

Ac didn't work that great, and front desk staff wasn't very professional. Had their friends/family there and were too busy entertaining them instead of working.

The breakfast was EXCELLENT! The ladies working that morning were great! Also, I requested a lower floor, which was accommodated to us. That was greatly appreciated!

The parking lot had a lot of trash in it and the hotel just needs a little updating. The room did appear to be clean, though.

The main desk people not very nice, seem like they don't like their job , not even a thank you , or answer back when you talk to them , only thing, there an ice machine on every floor better do not work but the leve 3

The breakfast was satisfying

I requested a handicapped room for a reason, the sliding bathroom door was too heavy for me to close all the way and the water from the shower spilled heavily over onto the bathroom floor where it took several towels to so up. I slipped a few times.

It was a standard hotel hot breakfast, just what you need in the morning.

The TV did not work that night, not sure if it was becuase of it snowing. But it wasn't a big deal for me.
